Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás teljesítmény szabályozásához millimétereshullámhossztartományban V-sávú TR-modulnál, 50 GHz és efölöttifrekvenciatartományban, ahol az adási és vételi útvonalat két SPDT(Single Pole Double Throw) MMIC kapcsolóval szétválasztják. Adásesetén az első SPDT MMIC kapcsolót szabályozható csillapítótagként, amásodik SPDT MMIC kapcsolót érzékelőként használják a kimenőteljesítményhez, és a kimeneti teljesítményt elektronika segítségévelelőre meghatározott szintre szabályozzák. Vétel esetén mindkét SPDTMMIC-t kapcsolóként alkalmazzák. Egészében véve a teljes TR-modulbanmegvalósított teljesítményszabályozás eredményeként megnövekszik amodul kihozatala azáltal, hogy kompenzálja a csipek szórását és ahőhatásokat. Az SPDT MMIC kapcsolóként, csillapítótagként ésteljesítmény érzékelőként történő többszörös felhasználása a költségekcsökkenését eredményezi.
