Abstract
A találmány szerinti, aberrációt csökkentő, beültethető szemlencsetervezése során legalább egy szaruhártya-felületet leíró matematikaimodellt készítenek, kiszámítják a felületek várható aberrációit amatematikai modell segítségével, megválasztják a szemlencsetörőképességét, és egy olyan szemlencsemodellt határoznak meg, amely amodellezett szaruhártyával alkotott optikai rendszerből érkezőhullámfront aberrációját csökkenti. A szemlencse kiválasztása eseténlegalább egy szaruhártya-felületre vonatkozó matematikai modelltkészítenek, kiszámítják a felület eredő aberrációit a matematikaimodell segítségével, kiválasztanak egy megfelelő törőerejű lencsétkülönböző aberrációval rendelkező, azonos törőerejű lencsék közül ésmeghatározzák, hogy a kiválasztott lencsét és a modellezettszaruhártyát tartalmazó optikai rendszer kellően csökkenti-e azaberrációkat. A tervezést úgy is lehet végezni, hogy kiválasztanak egymegfelelő betegcsoportot, a csoport minden tagjának felveszik aszaruhártya-topográfia adatait, az adatokat az egyes betegekszaruhártya-felületének alakját megadó tagokká transzformálják egymeghatározott apertúraméret esetén, legalább az egyik tagnakkiszámítják a csoportra vonatkozóan az átlagát és/vagy a szaruhártya-felületet megadó tagok transzformációjával a szaruhártya hullámfrontaberrációját leíró tagokat nyernek, amelyek közül legalább egynekkiszámolják a csoportra vonatkozó átlagát; a legalább egy szaruhártya-felületi tag vagy szaruhártya-hullámfrontaberrációs tag középértékealapján olyan szemlencsét terveznek, amely a szaruhártyával alkotottoptikai rendszer legalább egy kiválasztott hullámfront-aberrációs tagredukálására alkalmas. A találmány szerint előállított szemészetilencsének legalább egy aszférikus felülete van, amely az aberrációkatleíró polinomiális tag lineáris kombinációjával van jellemezve és aszaruhártyán áthaladó hullámfront hasonló aberrációs tagjainakredukálására alkalmasan, és így aberrációmentes szemet biztosító módonvan kialakítva.
