Abstract

A találmány cukorrépából való cukorkinyerésre szolgáló eljáráshozkapcsolódik. A találmány szerinti eljárás egyik változatának lényege,hogy (a) cukorrépát (21) vagy cukorrépadarabokat (26) macerálnak; (b)a macerált cukorrépától (30) mechanikai úton levet (38) választanakel; és (c) az elválasztott levet (38) membránszűrve retentátumot (50)és permeátumot (48) állítanak elő. A lé (38) extrahálását mozgóporózus vákuumszűrő szalagon végzik a macerált cukorrépa (30) és víz(34) ellenirányú áramlása mellett. A vákuummal extrahált lé (38) pHértékét nátrium-hidroxid hozzáadásával legalább 7-re állíthatják be. Acukorkinyerésre szolgáló eljárás ezen változata a hagyományoscukorrépa diffúziót nem használja.
