Abstract

A szükséges mennyiségű pálinkát felmelegítik maximum 55 °C-ra, majd apálinka mennyiségének 1/3-ának megfelelő mézet hasonló hőfokra ésösszekeverik. A pálinka és méz keverékét állni hagyják, hogy azülepedés véghez menjen, pihentetik és a leülepedett részt hagyva atöbbit leszűrik és palackozhatják a szükséges kiszerelésnekmegfelelően. A palackozott mézes pálinkára cimkézve feltüntetik a mézés a pálinka milyenségét. A felhasznált pálinka általában 40-50szeszfokú. Alacsonyabb szeszfokú pálinka felhasználása esetén ésnagyobb arányú méz hozzáadásával mézes likőrt állítanak elő,természetesen ízlésnek megfelelően. Palackozását természetesen sötétüvegben kell elvégezni, mely lehet barna. Ó
