Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás kapacitív ellenállás mérése alapjánkimutatni kívánt vegyületek jelenlétének kimutatására alkalmasaffinitási szenzor előállítására. A találmány szerinti eljárás során adetektort úgy alakítják ki, hogy nemesfémfelszínen kapcsolócsoportottartalmazó, SAM-létrehozó molekulákból önszerveződő monoréteget hoznaklétre, és a kialakított monotréteghez a kimutatni kívánt molekulátspecifikusan kötni képes ligandumot kapcsolnak, majd a monorétegetismételten SAM-létrehozó molekulákkal érintkeztetik. A találmánytárgyát képezi a találmány szerinti eljárással előállított kapacitívaffinitási szenzor is. A találmány tárgyát képezi továbbá egy eljáráskimutatni kívánt vegyületek kimutatására, a találmány szerintiaffinitási szenzor alkalmazásával. A találmány szerinti megoldásalkalmas kiválasztott vegyületek gyors, hatékony és specifikuskimutatására. Ó
