Abstract

Die Elektroden sind mit Molekülen versehen, die makromolekulare Biopolymere binden können. Es wird eine erste elektrische Messung an den Elektroden durchgeführt. Ein Medium wird mit den Elektroden in Kontakt gebracht, derart, dass für den Fall, dass sich in dem Medium makromolekulare Biopolymere befinden, sich diese an auf den Elektroden aufgebrachte erste Moleküle oder zweite Moleküle spezifisch binden können. Nicht gebundene erste oder zweite Moleküle werden von der jeweiligen Elektrode entfernt und es wird eine zweite elektrische Messung durchgeführt. Abhängig von den Messungen werden die makromolekularen Biopolymere erfasst.
