Abstract

A találmány polarizáló cella nemesgáz hiperpolarizálására, amely cellabelső felülete szol-gél anyag lerakódásából képzett üvegbevonatú. Atalálmány továbbá eljárás nemesgáz hiperpolarizálására, polarizálócellában történő spin polarizálással, amelyben a polarizálást szol-gélanyag lerakódásából képzett üvegbevonatú polarizáló cellában végezik.A találmány másrészt eljárás nemesgáz hiperpolarizálására, polarizálócellában, lézer energiaforrással történő spin polarizálással, amelyneksorán a polarizálást szol-gél anyag lerakódásából képzett üvegbevonatúpolarizáló cellában végezik. A találmány továbbá eljáráshiperpolarizált nemesgáz depolarizálódásának lassítására, amelyneksorán a nemesgázt tartalmazó edényt előzetesen szol-gél anyaglerakódásából képzett üvegbevonat béléssel látják el. A találmánytovábbá berendezés hiperpolarizált nemesgázzal érintkező belsőfelületekkel, ahol a belső felületek legalább részben szol-gél anyaglerakódásából képzett üvegbevonattal vannak ellátva. A találmányszerinti megoldás végül eljárás polarizáló cella készítésére, amelyneksorán egy polarizáló cella edényébe - amelynek hiperpolarizáltnemesgázzal érintkező belső felülete és legalább egy nyílása van -folyékony szol-gél anyagot töltenek, és ennek benntartásával lerakódásréteget hoznak létre az edény belső falfelületén.
