Abstract

A találmány berendezés tojáshéj alkotórészeinek visszanyerésére, főlegtojáshéjnak az ahhoz tapadó membrántól való szétválasztására. Lényege,hogy aprítószerkezete (104) van, amely a tojáshéjakat és az azokhoztapadó membránt előre meghatározott méretűre aprítja és legalábbrészben a membránt a tojáshéjakról leválasztja. Tartálya (102) van,amely folyadékkal van töltve. Az aprítószerkezetnek (104) az előírtméretűre aprított és a hozzátapadt membránnal együtt lévőtojáshéjrészecskéket a tartályba juttató kiömlése van. Továbbákeverőszerkezete (116) van, amely a tartályfenéken leülepedőhéjrészeket (120) és membránrészeket (118) keverő és ezáltal amembránrészeket a folyadékban lebegve tartó kialakítású. Amembránrészeket (118) feldolgozó kezelőszerkezete (106) és a héjrészek(120) számára másik kezelőszerkezete (108) van, amelyek a tartállyal(102) vannak kapcsolatban. A találmány szerinti eljárásnál először atojáshéjrészeket (114) előírt méretűre aprítják és legalább részben amembránokat leválasztják, majd folyadékot befogadó tartálybajuttatják. Itt a folyadékban létrehozott turbolens erők révén atojáshéjrészeket membránrészekre és héjrészekre választják szét. Amembránrészeket a folyadékban lebegve tartják, ugyanakkor ahéjrészeket hagyják leülepedni a tartály fenékrészén. A héjrészeket ésa tartály fenékrészén leülepedett membránrészeket keverik, és ezáltala leülepedett membránrészeket is a folyadékban lebegve tartják, és afolyadékkal együtt eltávolítják a tartályból. A folyadékkal magávalragadott membránrészeket, valamint a héjrészeket összegyűjtik. Ó
