Abstract

A találmány tárgya új eljárás az ismert (I) általános képletű 4-szubsztituált-3-halogén-1,4-benzodiazepin-származékok és sóik - aképletben R jelentése hidrogén- vagy halogénatom, vagy alkil-, alkoxi-, vagyhidroxilcsoport, előnyösen hidrogén- vagy halogénatom; A jelentése halogén-alkil-csoport vagy (III) általános képletűcsoport, és az utóbbiban n értéke 2, 3, 4 vagy 5, a szaggatott vonalegy kötés jelenlétére vagy távollétére utal, W jelentése szén- vagynitrogénatom, vagy metin- vagy metiléncsoport, és ha W jelentésenitrogénatom, akkor Z W-hez kapcsolódik, és a szaggatott vonal kötéstávollétére utal, míg Z jelentése adott esetben szubsztituált aromásszénhidrogéncsoport vagy adott esetben szubsztituált heterociklusoscsoport, előnyösen halogén-alkil-csoport vagy (XXVI) vagy (XXVII)általános képletű csoport, és az utóbbi két képletben n értéke 2, 3, 4vagy 5, és Ar jelentése fenil-, 2-piridil- vagy 2-pirimidinilcsoport;és X jelentése klór- vagy brómatom, előnyösen klóratom. A találmányértelmében úgy járnak el, hogy valamely (II) általános képletűbenzoxazepinszármazékot - a képletben R és A jelentése a korábbanmegadott - deprotonizálnak egy bázist használva, majd az így kapottdeprotonizált köztiterméket egy foszfáthalogeniddel reagáltatják,ezután egy így kapott (IV) általános képletű köztiterméket - aképletben R és A jelentése a korábban megadott, míg R1 és R2 egymástólfüggetlenül alkilcsoportot vagy fenilcsoportot jelent, vagy R1 és R2együtt etiléncsoportot (-CH2CH2-) alkot - az alábbiakban felsoroltreagensek közül valamelyikkel reagáltatnak: (i) egy trialkil-foszfin,triaril-foszfin vagy fenil-dialkil-foszfin klórral vagy brómmalalkotott komplexe; (ii) egy trialkil-foszfin, triaril-foszfin vagyfenil-dialkil-foszfin és klórgáz vagy cseppfolyós bróm elegye; (iii)egy trialkil-foszfin, triaril-foszfin vagy fenil-dialkil-foszfin éstetraklór-metán vagy tetrabróm-metán elegye; vagy (iv) egyhalogénezett foszfit-észter.
