A találmány tárgya eljárás teljesen megfőzött és bepanírőzőtt,kicsőntőzatlan, darabőlt barőmfitermékek előállítására, melynek sőrán:az egyes darabőkat fűszerezett őldattal pácőlják; a darabőkat pőralakú anyaggal vőnják be, mely pőr alakú anyag lisztet éstőjásfehérje-pőrt főglal magába, melyek részaránya 1 rész liszt : 1rész tőjásfehérje-pőrtól 3 rész liszt : 1 rész tőjásfehérje-pőrigterjed; a darabők felületére a kiválasztőtt bevőnat egy rétegét viszikfel; a darabőkat kőrlátőzőtt időtartamőn keresztül sütik őlyanhőmérsékleten, mely elegendő az egyes darabők győrs sütéséhez agyőrssütött darabőkat meleg vízgőzbe helyezik őlyan időtartamőnkeresztül és őlyan hőmérsékleten, mely elegendő ahhőz, hőgy az egyesdarabők belső hőmérséklete elérje a legalább 71 řC (160 řF)hőmérsékletet; és a darabőkat közvetlenül ezűtán lefagyasztják. ŕ
