  1. Szív szövetből kinyert decellularízált: extraceiluíáris mátrixot tartalmazó kompozíciók S zabadal m i i génypont ok
    1. Egy folyékony kompozíció, amely szív szövetből származó deeeliularizált extraceiiulárís mátrixot tartalmaz, ahol a kompozíció egy tts katéteren keresztül a katéter eltömítése nélkül történő bejuttatásra alkalmas, ahol a deeellulari/áh exiracelluláris mátrixot egy az alábbiakat tartalmazó eljárással állíthatjuk elő: a) feldolgozónk egy exiraeelluláris mátrix komponenst és egy nem-extraeeílníáris mátrix komponenst tartalmazó szív szöveti mintát a nem-extracellulárís mátrix komponens eltávolítására és így deceilufarizáft extraceiluíáris mátrix kinyerésére; b.) a deeeliularizált extraeelioláris mátrixot iiofilízáljuk és porrá alakítjuk; e) egy a deeeliularizált- extraceiiulárís mátrix port egy1 folyadékban tartalmazó kompozíciót készítünk; d) .a e) lépésben kapott deeeliularizált extraceiluíáris mátrixot egy mátrix lebontó enzimmel 1 -6 pM-érték mellett emésztjük; és e) a d) lépésben kapott., emésztett deeeliularizált cxlíacelluiáris mátrix pM-ját semlegesítjük a folyékony kompozíció előállítására; ahol a folyékony kompozíció testhőmérsékleten géllé aiakul.
