Claims (2)

1. Gyomirtó, illetve növényi növekedést szabályozó készítmény, azzal jellemezve, hogy hatóanyagként legfeljebb 95 tömeg% (I) általános képletű szalicilsavszármazékot - a képletben
R2 és R3jelentése egymástól függetlenül 1-4 szénatomos alkoxicsoport, n értéke 0, 1 vagy 2;
Y jelentése nitrogénatom vagy metincsoport, és A jelentése adott esetben egy halogénatommal vagy
1-4 szénatomos alkilcsoporttal szubsztituált fenilcsoport vagy környezetkímélő sóját tartalmazza a szokásos segédanyagokkal együtt.
2. Eljárás az (I) általános képletű vegyületek és környezetkímélő sóik előállítására - a képletben R1, R2, R3, R4, A, X, Y és n jelentése az 1. igénypont tárgyi körében megadott -, azzal jellemezve, hogy egy (II) általános képletű szalicilsav-származékot- R1, Aés n a fenti jelentésűek - ismert módon egy (III) általános képletű heterociklusos vegyülettel - a képletben R13 nukleofug távozó csoportot jelent - szervetlen vagy szerves bázis jelenlétében reagáltatunk, kívánt esetben a kapott vegyületet környezetkímélő sójává átalakítjuk.
