Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von neuen, in der 9- oder 11-Stellung eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Aminogruppe enthaltenden Eburnancarbonsaeure-Derivaten, von ihren optischen aktiven Isomeren und ihren Salze. Die neuen Verbindungen entsprechen der allgemeinen Formel (I), worin R fuer eine Aminogruppe oder eine Gruppe der allgemeinen Formel -NH-COR1 steht, worin R1 z. B. Wasserstoff, eine cycloaliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffgruppe mit 3.8 Kohlenstoffatomen oder eine aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffgruppe mit 6-14 Kohlenstoffatomen oder eine Gruppe -NH-SO2R2 steht, worin R2 z. B. eine gegebenenfalls substituierte aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffgruppe mit 1-10 Kohlenstoffatomen ist, R3 z. B. fuer Wasserstoff oder eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Kohlenwasserstoffgruppe mit 1-10 Kohlenstoffatomen steht. A eine Hydroxylgruppe und B Wasserstoff bedeutet oder A und B gemeinsam eine chemische Bindung bilden. Die Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (I) weisen wertvolle pharmakologische Wirkungen auf. Die Herstellung der Verbindungen erfolgt gemaess Analogieverfahren in an sich bekannter Weise. Weitere Bedeutungen der Substituenten sind dem Anspruch 1 zu entnehmen. Formel I
