Abstract

The invention relates to a system for producing home-made filter cigarettes, consisting of a) a cigarette paper wrapper (10) with filter tip (12, 14), b) a tobacco cartridge (2) which is severed by a cutting step from a tobacco rod and prefabricated in the factory and consists of a tobacco portion (4) which is open at the end face, corresponds to the tobacco filling of a finished cigarette and can be introduced into a cigarette paper wrapper and whose outer surface is formed by a wrapper (6) which consists of completely smokable material and has an air permeability such that it cannot be smoked as such but is consumable by smoking after it has been introduced into the cigarette paper wrapper (10), characterised in that the tobacco cartridge has different diameters (16, 16') in different zones and that these consist of different tobacco mixtures. <IMAGE>

Description

Izum se odnosi na sistem za samoizradu filtar cigareta prema generičkom pojmu u glavnom zahtjevu. The invention relates to a system for self-production of filter cigarettes according to the generic term in the main claim.

Duhanski ulošci za samoizradu cigareta poznati su za samomotanje cigareta iz DE-PS 889 578, iz NL-PS 6 703 935 kao i za samomotanje i za punjenje u čahure iz DE-OS 3 244 906 te iz DE-U-8326 921 i DE-U-8309 186. Svi ti ulošci se osnivaju na tome da je njihov obod odnosno ovoj od potpuno sagorivog materijala ali da zrak propušta tako da sam uložak nije moguće pušiti nego ga je moguće konzumirati pušenjem tek nakon stavljanja u čahuru od cigaretnog papira. Kao sistem prema DE-OS 3 407 odnosno EU-A-0 155 514 predložen je sličan duhanski uložak koji je, pored toga što posjeduje stabilnost oblika uobičajenu za tvornički predizrađene uloške, po dužini i presjeku dimenzioniran tako da tijesno naliježe na unutarnju površinu čahure od cigaretnog papira. Claims

1. System for self-production of filter cigarettes consisting of a) cocoons made of cigarette paper with a filter nozzle, b) a tobacco cartridge that is separated from the tobacco roll by factory cutting and pre-made, and which consists of an open front, suitable for the tobacco filling of the finished cigarette, and a tobacco batch inserted into the cigarette paper sleeve, the rim of which consists of an air-permeable wrapper made of a completely combustible material, so that the cartridge itself it is not possible to smoke, but it is possible to consume it by smoking only after placing it in a sleeve made of cigarette paper, indicated by the fact that the tobacco cartridge (2) whose largest diameter, for the purpose of placing it in the cigarette sleeve (10), is slightly smaller than the diameter of the cigarette sleeve, has areas ( 16) of different diameter, with a diameter 5 to 25% smaller than the largest diameter of the tobacco cartridge.

2. System according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the area of reduced diameter (16) of the tobacco cartridge (2) represents the insertion end of the tobacco cartridge and that it can be inserted up to the filter cartridge (Figure 1).
