Claims (9)

1. Sustav sa valjačkim stalkom sa jednim parom radnih valjaka (1, 2) za valjanje metalne trake (B), sa srednjim valjcima (3, 4) i potpornim valjcima (5, 6), gdje je svaki od srednjih valjaka (3, 4) nošen u klinastom podmetaču (26, 27) koji se može gurnuti u pravcu svoje uzdužne osi unutar i izvan valjačkog stalka, pri čemu jedan respektivni srednji valjak (3, 4) nosi radni valjak (1, 2) koji mu je pridružen u pravcu koji je suštinski ortogonalan u odnosu na površinu metalne trake (B) i jedan respektivni potporni valjak (5, 6) nosi srednji valjak (3, 4) koji mu je pridružen, sa četiri potporna sustava (30, 31, 32, 33) koja sa bočne strane nose odgovarajuće radne valjke (1, 2), pri čemu se na svaki potporni sustav (30, 31, 30, 31, 2) može primijeniti sila (32, 33) oslanjanja pomoću uređaja za generiranje sile sa silom oslanjanja usmjerenom prema radnom valjku (1, 2) i gdje svaki potporni sustav (30, 31, 32, 33) ima potporni valjak (8, 9, 10, 11), valjkasti ležaj (18) i najmanje jedan dio (12b, 13b, 14b, 15b) noseće grede (12, 13, 14, 15), i gdje svaki od potpornih sustava (30, 31, 32, 33) može biti pomaknut iz neaktivnog položaja u kojem se nalazi izvan oblasti u kojoj se klinasti podmetači (26, 27) srednjih valjaka (3, 4) pomiču kada se guraju i izvlače iz stana, u radni položaj u kojem leži na odgovarajućem radnom valjku (1, 2), naznačen time, što sustav također ima dodatne radne valjke (1', 2') manjeg promjera i također ima četiri dodatna potporna sustava (30', 31', 32', 33') sa manjim potpornim valjcima (8', 9', 10', 11'), gdje se dva radna valjka (1, 2) mogu zamijeniti sa radnim valjcima (1', 2') manjeg promjera, pri čemu se u tom cilju potporni sustavi (30, 31, 32, 33) mogu zamijeniti sa potpornim sustavima (30', 31', 32', 33') sa manjim potpornim valjcima (8', 9', 10', 11') ali ne i srednjim valjcima (3, 4) i potpornim valjcima (5 , 6).
2. Sustav prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, što se najmanje dva potporna sustava (30, 31, 32, 33, 30', 31', 32', 33') različitih dimenzija mogu pomicati pomoću uređaja za generiranje sile iz neaktivnog položaja u radni položaj.
3. Sustav prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 2, naznačen time, što uređaji za generiranje sile imaju hidraulički ili pneumatski upravljane cilindre (20, 21, 22, 23) za pozicioniranje.
4. Sustav prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 2, naznačen time, što uređaj za generiranje sile ima mehanički podesivu osovinu.
5. Sustav prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, što je potporni valjak (8, 9, 10, 11, 8', 9', 10', 11') nošen od strane najmanje jednog dijela noseće grede (12b, 13b, 14b, 15b, 12b', 13b', 14b', 15b') i što je oslonjen na valjkaste ležajeve (18, 18') i što uređaj za generiranje sile djeluje na ovaj dio noseće grede (12b, 13b, 14b, 15b, 12b', 13b', 14b', 15b').
6. Sustav prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time, što su valjkasti ležajevi (18, 18') postavljeni u pravilnim intervalima duž potpornog valjka (8, 9, 10, 11, 8', 9', 10', 11').
7. Sustav prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time, što je noseća greda (12, 13, 14, 15) podijeljena u uzdužnom pravcu potpornog valjka (8, 9, 10, 11, 8', 9', 10', 11') na dva međusobno povezana odvojiva dijela (12a, 13a, 14a, 15a, 12b, 13b, 14b, 15b, 12b', 13b', 14b', 15b') i što je prvi dio (12a, 13a, 14a, 15a) spregnut sa uređajem za generiranje sile, dok drugi dio (12b, 13b, 14b, 15b, 12b', 13b', 14b', 15b') nosi potporni valjak (8, 9, 10, 11, 8', 9', 10', 11').
8. Sustav prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time, što je drugi dio (12b, 13b, 14b, 15b, 12b', 13b', 14b', 15b') koji nosi potporni valjak (8, 9, 10, 11, 8', 9', 10', 11') pričvršćen za prvi dio (12a, 13a, 14a, 15a) noseće grede (12, 13, 14, 15) na način koji omogućava da se pomiče u uzdužnom pravcu.
9. Sustav prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time, što je nekoliko uređaja za generiranje sile sa razmakom između raspoređeno duž noseće grede (12, 13, 14, 15).
