Claims (12)
1. Metoda za proizvodnju filma koji zadržava zrak (1) s teksturiranom površinom, film koji zadržava zrak (1) sadrži sloj koji zadržava zrak (v) opremljen stranom okrenutom prema tekućini (2) koja dolazi u kontakt s tekućinom u uporabi, strana okrenuta prema tekućini (2) koja sadrži površinsku morfologiju s razmaknutim izbočenim elementima (3) čije su površine barem regionalno hidrofobne, pri čemu metoda uključuje korak laminiranja reljefne površine reljefnog uklonjivog polimernog filma (vi) na stranu barem regionalno hidrofobnog sloja otvrdnjavajućeg materijala koji je u tekućem ili polustvrdnutom stadiju, pri čemu je navedena reljefna površina negativ površinske morfologije strane koja je okrenuta prema tekućini (2) sloja koji zadržava zrak (v) koji se proizvodi, korak laminacije oblikuje sloj otvrdnjavajućeg materijala u sloj koji zadržava zrak (v) sa stranom okrenutom prema tekućini (2) koja sadrži navedenu površinsku morfologiju i pri čemu prije koraka laminacije, metoda uključuje korak utiskivanja uklonjivog polimernog filma kako bi se dobio navedeni reljefni uklonjivi polimerni film (vi), koje utiskivanje se izvodi ekstrudiranjem uklonjivog polimernog filma na silikonskom ili gumenom kalupu (9) s površinom koja ima morfologiju površine koja je identična navedenoj morfologiji površine strane koja je okrenuta prema tekućini (2) sloja koji zadržava zrak (v), naznačen time što su susjedni izbočeni elementi (3) udaljeni od drugih u skladu s razmakom (D1) od 0.01 do 3000 µm, poželjno 0.1 do 1000 µm, pri čemu izbočeni element (3) ima visinu (H1) i omjer navedene visine (H1) i navedene udaljenosti (D1) je od 1:3 do 3:1, i time što izbočeni element (3) ima širinu (W1) i omjer navedene širine (W1) i navedene udaljenosti (D1) je od 1:3 do 3:1, više poželjno od 1:2 do 2:1, još poželjnije od 1:1.5 do 1.5:1, i još poželjnije od 1:1.2 do 1.2:1 i pri čemu unutar površinske morfologije strane koja je okrenuta prema tekućini (2) sloja koji zadržava zrak (v), visina (H1) susjednih izbočenih elemenata (3) opada duž pravocrtnog smjera.
2. Metoda prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što navedeni barem regionalno hidrofobni sloj otvrdnjavajućeg materijala sadrži silikon i/ili derivate silikona.
3. Metoda prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačena time što je navedeni reljefni uklonjivi polimerni film (vi) polipropilenski, polietilenski ili poliesterski film.
4. Metoda prema zahtjevima 1 do 3, naznačena time što je navedeni silikonski ili gumeni kalup (9) montiran na cilindar (4).
5. Metoda prema zahtjevima 1 do 4, naznačena time što prije koraka utiskivanja uklonjivog polimernog filma, postupak sadrži korak oblikovanja navedenog silikonskog ili gumenog kalupa (9), koji se izvodi lijevanjem tekućeg silikona na metalnu ploču (8) s površinom koja sadrži površinsku morfologiju koja je negativna površinskoj morfologiji strane koja je okrenuta prema tekućini (2) sloja koji zadržava zrak (v), i pri čemu je navedena površina metalne ploče (8) strukturirana litografijom.
6. Metoda prema zahtjevu 5, naznačena time što je metalna ploča (8) Si metalna ploča (8).

Film koji zadržava zrak (1) s teksturiranom površinom, film koji zadržava zrak (1) sadrži sloj koji zadržava zrak (v) opremljen stranom okrenutom prema tekućini (2) koja dolazi u kontakt s tekućinom u uporabi, strana okrenuta prema tekućini (2) koja sadrži površinsku morfologiju s razmaknutim izbočenim elementima (3) čije su površine barem regionalno hidrofobne, pri čemu su susjedni izbočeni elementi (3) razmaknuti od drugog prema udaljenosti (D1) od 0.01 do 3000 mm, poželjno 0.1 do 1000 µm, u tome što izbočeni element (3) ima visinu (H1) i omjer navedene visine (H1) i navedene udaljenosti (D1) je od 1:3 do 3:1, i u tome što izbočeni element (3) ima širinu (W1) i omjer navedene širine (W1) i navedene udaljenosti (D1) je od 1:3 do 3:1, poželjnije od 1:2 do 2:1, još poželjnije od 1:1.5 do 1.5:1, pa čak i više poželjno od 1:1.2 do 1.2:1, pri čemu film koji zadržava zrak (1) sadrži reljefni uklonjivi polimerni film (vi) koji sadrži reljefnu površinu, i taj polimerni film (vi) se nanosi duž navedene površine preko i na stranu okrenutu prema tekućini (2) sloja koji zadržava zrak (v), pri čemu je navedena reljefna površina negativ morfologije površine strane (2) sloja koji zadržava zrak (v) i pri čemu su sloj (v) i/ili reljefni uklonjivi polimerni film (vi) dobiveni izvođenjem postupka prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6 i pri čemu unutar površinske morfologije strane koja je okrenuta prema tekućini (2) sloja koji zadržava zrak (v), visina (H1) susjednih izbočenih elemenata (3) opada duž pravocrtnog smjera.
8. Film koji zadržava zrak (1) s teksturiranom površinom prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time što sloj koji zadržava zrak (v) sadrži silikon i/ili derivate silikona.
9. Film koji zadržava zrak (1) s teksturiranom površinom prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 7 ili 8, naznačen time što jedan ili više navedenih izbočenih elemenata (3) sadrži hidrofobno tijelo (3a) i hidrofilni kraj (3b).
10. Film za zadržavanje zraka (1) s teksturiranom površinom prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 7 do 9, naznačen time što su rebra (7) predviđena na strani koja je okrenuta prema tekućini (2) sloja za zadržavanje zraka (v) i između izbočenih elemenata (3), navedena rebra (7) imaju visinu (H2), i pri čemu je omjer navedene visine rebra (H2) i visine (H1) izbočenog elementa (3) najmanje 1,5:1, više poželjno najmanje 1,8:1 i još poželjnije najmanje 2:1, i najpoželjnije najmanje 3:1.
11. Film za zadržavanje zraka (1) s teksturiranom površinom prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 7 do 10, naznačen time što film za zadržavanje zraka (1) nadalje sadrži:
izbornu uklonjivu podlogu (i);
ljepljivi sloj (ii), nanesen preko i na izbornu podlogu (i) kada postoji;
sloj sintetičkog materijala (iii) nanesen preko i na ljepljivi sloj (ii); i
izborno, srednji silikonski vezni premaz (iv) koji je jednokomponentni silikonski sustav, dvokomponentni silikonski sustav ili trokomponentni silikonski sustav, nanesen preko i na sloj sintetičkog materijala (iii),
i pri čemu se strana sloja za zadržavanje zraka (v) nasuprot strani koja je okrenuta prema tekućini (2) nanosi preko i na sloj sintetičkog materijala (iii), ili, ako postoji, na srednji silikonski vezni premaz (iv) .
12. Film za zadržavanje zraka (1) s teksturiranom površinom prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 7 do 11, naznačen time što je nekoliko izbočenih elemenata (3) podijeljeno ili grupirano okolnim stijenkama, koje stijenke mogu imati pravilan ili nepravilan uzorak za poboljšanu sposobnost zadržavanja zraka.
