Claims (7)
1. Proces za integriranu proizvodnju urea amonijevog nitrata i vodene otopine uree prikladne za uporabu u postrojenju za smanjenje NOx, koji se sastoji od koraka
- reakcija dušične kiseline i amonijaka u jedinici za proizvodnju amonijevog nitrata pod uvjetima tako da se dobije vodena otopina amonijevog nitrata;
- reakcija ugljičnog dioksida i amonijaka u uvjetima stvaranja uree tako da se dobije reakcijska otopina koja sadrži vodu, ureu, amonijev karbamat, i neizreagirani CO2 i NH3;
- podvrgavanje navedene reakcijske otopine uklanjanju tako da se dobije neizreagirani amonijak i ugljični dioksid, te očišćena reakcijska otopina; recirkuliranje navedenog dohvaćenog amonijaka i ugljičnog dioksida kao početnih materijala za stvaranje uree;
- podvrgavanje navedene očišćene reakcijske otopine odvajanju tako da se dobije vodena struja uree i struja plina koja sadrži CO2 i NH3;
- dovod NH3 iz navedene struje plina kao reaktanta u navedenu jedinicu za proizvodnju amonijevog nitrata;
- miješanje barem dijela navedene vodene struje uree s navedenom vodenom otopinom amonijevog nitrata tako da se dobije otopina urea amonijevog nitrata;
- razrjeđivanje dobivenog dijela vodene struje uree s demineraliziranom vodom tako da se dobije navedena otopina prikladna za korištenje u jedinici za redukciju NOx.
2. Postupak za integriranu proizvodnju urea amonijevog nitrata i praha krute uree koji je prikladan za pretvorbu razrjeđivanjem s demineraliziranom vodom u otopinu prikladnu za uporabu u jedinici za redukciju NOx, koji se sastoji od koraka
- reakcija dušične kiseline i amonijaka u jedinici za proizvodnju amonijevog nitrata pod uvjetima tako da se dobije vodena otopina amonijevog nitrata;
- reakcija ugljičnog dioksida i amonijaka u uvjetima stvaranja uree tako da se dobije reakcijska otopina koja sadrži vodu, ureu, amonijev karbamat i neizreagirani CO2 i NH3;
- podvrgavanje navedene reakcijske otopine uklanjanju tako da se dobije neizreagirani amonijak i ugljični dioksid, te očišćena reakcijska otopina; recirkuliranje navedenog dohvaćenog amonijaka i ugljičnog dioksida kao početnih materijala za stvaranje uree;
- podvrgavanje navedene očišćene reakcijske otopine odvajanju tako da se dobije vodena struja uree, i struja plina koja sadrži CO2 i NH3;
- dovod NH3 iz navedene struje plina kao reaktanta u navedenu jedinicu za proizvodnju amonijevog nitrata;
- miješanje barem dijela navedene vodene struje uree s navedenom vodenom otopinom amonijevog nitrata tako da se dobije otopina urea amonijevog nitrata;
- podvrgavanje dijela vodene struje uree, dobivene odvajanjem reakcijske otopine uree, brzoj kristalizaciji tako da se formira navedeni prah krute uree.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što otopina urea amonijevog nitrata sadrži od 29 tež. % do 38 tež. % uree i od 36 tež. % do 46 tež. % amonijevog nitrata, i pri čemu dio vodene struje uree pomiješane s otopinom amonijevog nitrata je u količini koja je barem dovoljna da osigura količinu uree koja odgovara količini amonijevog nitrata koja se može dobiti količinom NH3 koji se dovodi u jedinicu za proizvodnju amonijaka.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što se urea proizvodi korištenjem potopljenog kondenzatora/reaktora.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što se flash kristalizacija provodi pri tlaku ispod 15 kPa.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što je flash kristalizacija suho ispiranje koje se provodi u posudi za suho ispiranje koja radi pri tlaku u rasponu od 1 do 15 kPa, pri čemu se u navedenoj posudi za suho ispiranje otopina uree distribuira pomoću razdjelnika tekućine.
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što se korak reakcije ugljičnog dioksida i amonijaka pod uvjetima stvaranja uree provodi u sekciji za sintezu uree koja sadrži najmanje jedan reaktor, dio za odvajanje, i kondenzator, pri čemu navedeni najmanje jedan reaktor, dio za odvajanje i kondenzator rade pod visokim tlakom (HP).
