Claims (13)
1. Glava pumpe (I) za primjenu u uređaju za doziranje za dozirano izdavanje tekućina, obuhvaćajući
dio glave (10) s izlaznim otvorom (11) za tekućinu koja se izdaje,
sastavni dio (60) koji sadrži utor (61), stijenku (62) koja s jedne strane graniči s utorom (61) kao i prolazni otvor (63) koji se nalazi u stijenci (62) i izravno ili neizravno u fluidnu komunikaciju povezuje utor (61) s izlaznim otvorom (11) dijela glave (10), pri čemu je sastavni dio (60) u smjeru stijenke (62) posredno povezan s dijelom glave (10), pri čemu dio glave (10) sadrži unutrašnju površinu (12),
šuplji klip (70) s prolaznim kanalom (71), koji pristaje u utor (61) i može se po utoru (61) pomično dovesti do stijenke (62),
naznačena time što
prolazni kanal (71) u smjeru stijenke (62) završava u izlaznom otvoru koji je koncentrično ili ekscentrično postavljen u odnosu na aksijalnu projekciju šupljeg klipa (70) i prolazni kanal (71) je, u odnosu na aksijalnu projekciju šupljeg klipa (70), pravocrtno i koncentrično ili ekscentrično vođen i prolazni otvor (63) je postavljen pomaknuto u odnosu na izlazni otvor, tako da se prolazni otvor (63) prilikom kretanja šupljeg klipa u smjeru stijenke (62) zatvara od strane šupljeg klipa (70),
je obuhvaćen elastičan ventil (20), koji barem djelomično ima geometrijski raspored (22) koji odgovara unutrašnjoj površini (12) dijela glave (10),
je obuhvaćen sastavni dio (40), koji sadrži prolazni otvor (41) za tekućinu koja se izdaje, kroz koju je za vrijeme stanja rada (B) omogućeno uticanje tekućine između dijela glave (10) i elastičnog ventila (20), pri deformaciji elastičnog ventila (20) tokom oblikovanja međuprostora (10-20) između elastičnog ventila i dijela glave,
pri čemu su dio glave (10) i sastavni dio (40) povezani s obzirom na oblik i čvrstoću, uključujući elastični ventil (20) između dijela glave (10) i sastavnog dijela (40), i elastični ventil (20) u stanju mirovanja (A) glave pumpe punoj površini i obliku leži na unutrašnjoj površini (12) dijela glave (10), tako da je omogućena fluidna brtva između dijela glave (10) i sastavnog dijela (40),
pri čemu je sastavni dio spojen sa sastavnim dijelom (60) na kraju okrenutom od elastičnog ventila (20), i
elastični ventil obuhvaća glavu (21a) i elastičnu stijenku (21b), pri čemu glava ima geometrijski raspored (22) koji odgovara unutrašnjoj površini (12) dijela glave (10), i elastična stijenka (21b) je savitljivo izrađena.
2. Glava pumpe (I) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što su utor (61) i šuplji klip (70) cilindrični.
3. Glava pumpe (I) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što sastavni dio (60) obuhvaća barem jedno sredstvo (64) za učvršćivanje na spremnik (II), posebice sredstvo za povezivanje zasunom, sredstvo za povezivanje na klik ili navoj.
4. Glava pumpe (I) prema prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu, naznačena time što elastična stijenka (21b)
sadrži barem jednu prijelomnu točku (24), na kojoj se elastična stijenka (21b) u prijelazu iz stanja mirovanja (A) u stanje rada (B) savija, i/ili
izrađena je od tankog sloja elastičnog, savitljivog materijala, posebice termoplastične plastike, gume i/ili silikona, poželjno debljine od 0,03 do 1 mm, poželjnije 0,08 do 0,5 mm, posebice poželjno 0,20 do 0,30 mm i/ili time što je glava (21a) masivno izrađena.
5. Glava pumpe (I) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što su glava (21a) i elastična stijenka (21b) izrađene u jednom dijelu.
6. Glava pumpe (I) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što elastični ventil (20) ima barem jedan element za učvršćivanje (23), putem kojeg je elastični ventil (20) čvrsto povezan s barem jednim odgovarajućim elementom za učvršćivanje (43) sastavnog dijela (40), pri čemu su element za učvršćivanje (23) elastičnog ventila i element za učvršćivanje (43) sastavnog dijela poželjno izrađeni u obliku sredstva za povezivanje zasunom ili sredstva za povezivanje na klik.
7. Glava pumpe (I) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što sastavni dio (40) sadrži stijenku (42) koja zatvara međuprostor (10-20), pri čemu je putem prolaznog otvora omogućena fluidna komunikacija međuprostora (10-20) s područjem (40-60) koje se, gledano iz međuprostora (10-20), nalazi iza stijenke (42), pri čemu posebice prolazni otvor (41) vodi od područja (40-60) neposredno kroz stijenku (42) i utječe u područje (10-20), ili se provodi kroz područje (40-60) kroz bočnu stijenku (44) sastavnog dijela (40), provodi se kroz udubljenje na vanjskoj površini sastavnog dijela (40), koje može biti ograničeno od sastavnog dijela (10), i ponovno se dovodi u područje (10-20) kroz bočnu stijenku sastavnog dijela (40) i utječe u područje (10-20).
8. Glava pumpe (I) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što je između elastičnog ventila (20) i sastavnog dijela (40) postavljen element (30), koji vrši povratnu silu na elastični ventil (20), pri čemu povratna sila uzrokuje da se međuprostor (10-20) koji nastaje u radnom stanju (B) zatvara prilikom povratka u stanje mirovanja (A), pri čemu je element (30) posebice opruga.
9. Glava pumpe (I) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što je između sastavnog dijela (60) i spremnika (II) pričvršćenog na sastavnom dijelu (60) i/ili između sastavnog dijela (40) i sastavnog dijela (60) postavljeno sredstvo (50) za sterilnu filtraciju ulazećeg zraka, posebice bakterijski filtar.
10. Glava pumpe (I) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što je sastavni dio (40) učvršćen nasuprot sastavnog dijela (60).
11. Glava pumpe (I) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što se kod povezivanje glave pumpe (I) preko sastavnog dijela (60) sa spremnikom (II) postavlja brtva (80) između sastavnog dijela (60) i spremnika (II).
12. Glava pumpe (I) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što dio glave (10) sadrži antibakterijski materijal, poželjno metale ili metalne ione, posebice čestice srebra ili ione srebra.
13. Uređaj za doziranje, obuhvaćajući sa spremnikom (II) povezanu glavu pumpe (I) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je spremnik (II) poželjno izrađen u obliku boce za stiskanje.
