Claims (14)
1. Uređaj za distribuciju sterilne vodene tekućine, u dozama raspoređenim tokom vremena, iz zatvorenog uzvodnog prostora u kome se nalazi tekućina u otvoreni nizvodni prostor preko kapilarnog kanala koji se otvara prema ambijentalnom zraku, kroz međuprostornu membranu, navedeni uređaj obuhvaća međuprostornu membranu proizvedenu tako da je djelomično hidrofilna i djelomično hidrofobna, na način da u radu, tokom svake operacije distribucije doze tekućine, tokovi zraka i tekućine naizmjenično kruže u kapilarnom kanalu uslijed čega dolazi do povratnog toka ostatka neizbačene tekućine, naznačen time što je navedena međuprostorna membrana (7) izrađena od filtracijskog materijala koji u masi sadrži biocidne metalne katione, i time što navedeni uređaj obuhvaća porozni umetak (8), propustljiv i za tekućinu i za zrak, koji je postavljen uzvodno od membrane na putu fluida i koji je izrađen od materijala koji sadrži negativno naelektrizirana mjesta sposobna da privuku biocidne metalne katione koji potječu iz navedene membrane.
2. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što navedeni biocidni metalni kationi obuhvaćaju katione srebra.
3. Uređaj prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što navedene biocidne metalne katione membrane nose makromolekuli minerala tipa zeolita, koji su integrirani u masu osnovnog materijala membrane.
4. Uređaj prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što navedena negativno naelektrizirana mjesta sposobna da privuku biocidne metalne katione su anionske karboksilne grupe.
5. Uređaj prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što navedeni porozni umetak ima gustoću između 0,2 i 0,8 g.cm3.
6. Uređaj prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je navedeni umetak na bazi poliolefinskog polimera, poželjno odabranog od polietilena, polipropilena i kopolimera etilena ili polipropilena sa do 25 % viših homologa karboksilnih kiselina ili estera.
7. Uređaj prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što je navedeni umetak izrađen od kompaktnog vlaknastog materijala.
8. Uređaj prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što navedena mjesta negativnog naboja sposobna da privuku biocidne metalne katione koji nastaju zračenjem poroznog umetka zracima tipa beta ili gama u prisustvu kisika.
9. Uređaj prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što materijal od kojeg je sačinjena navedena membrana ima prosječni promjer pora između 0,1 i 1 mikrometra.
10. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, naznačen time što materijal od kojeg je sačinjena navedena membranu ima prosječni promjer pora između 0,4 i 0,8 mikrometara.
11. Uređaj prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je navedeni kapilarni kanal formiran unutar materijala koji sadrži biocidne metalne katione, koje specifično nose makromolekuli minerala.
12. Boca za čuvanje vodene tekućine pod sterilnim uvjetima, koja se treba distribuirati u doze raspoređene tokom vremena, izbacivanjem doze tekućine iz boce i ulaskom vanjskog zraka kao nadoknade, naznačena time što je opremljena uređajem za distribuciju navedene tekućine, sačinjenim prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, čiji je navedeni umetak (8) montiran kao nezaptivni zatvarač unutrašnjosti boce, pri čemu je navedeni zatvoreni prostor tada unutar boce.
13. Boca prema patentnom zahtjevu 12, koja ima zid koji se može reverzibilno elastično deformirati, kako bi se osigurao ulazak vanjskog zraka koji kompenzira bilo koju dozu tekućine koja se izbaci iz boce, kao i povratni tok kroz navedeni uređaj, bilo koje preostale neizbačene tekućine, pri čemu je navedena membrana montirana sa navedenim poroznim umetkom (8) u navedenom uređaju za distribuciju tekućine u kombinaciji sa sredstvima za organizaciju cirkulacije zraka i tekućih fluida kroz njega, i u kome je navedena membrana postavljena na dnu vrha za kapanje unutar kojeg je postavljen kapilarni kanal (18) za izbacivanje kapi, nasuprot osnovi navedenog vrha u kome su raspoređena odgovarajuća sredstva za vođenje zraka koji se usisava izvana i bilo koje preostale tekućine koja nije distribuirana i koja je potrebna da se vrati nazad do nizvodnog dijela kanala za cirkulaciju fluida, koja teži da usmjeri strujanje zraka ka hidrofobnom dijelu membrane poželjno postavljenom u centru navedene membrane i raspodjeli tekućine po njenom hidrofilnom dijelu.
14. Boca prema patentnom zahtjevu 12 ili 13, gdje je navedeni umetak namijenjen da sudjeluje u organizaciji cirkulacije fluida formiranjem regulatora protoka.
