Claims (15)
1. Inhalator (1), poželjno za umetanje u nosnicu (9), prvenstveno konja (5), s ispusnom mlaznicom (2) i respiracijskim indikatorom (80), pri čemu inhalator (1) posjeduje zid komore (82) koji oblikuje komoru (6) i razdjelni uređaj (7) za fluidnu vezu komore (6) s otvorom na tijelu, poželjno s nosnicom (5), gdje je komora (6) oblikovana od formacijski stabilnog materijala,
pri čemu komora (6) obuhvaća dovodni otvor (85) i razdjelni uređaj (7) obuhvaća
ispust (10), gdje je inhalator (1) zatvoren i/ili zračno nepropustan između dovodnog otvora (85) i ispusta (10), te respiracijski indikator (80) obuhvaća zidni odsječak (81) zida komore (82) ili je pomoću njega formiran, dok je pritom zidni odsječak (81) fleksibilan i konstruiran tako, da pokazuje respiratorne aktivnosti putem deformacije i/ili pomicanja, i
pri čemu su zidni odsječak (81) i/ili ograničenje prolaznog kanala (88) zida komore (82) konstruirani za povezivanje putem oblikovnog zatvaranja zidnog odsječka (81) sa zidom komore (82),
naznačen time, da
je komora (6) raspoređena u silaznom toku od ispusne mlaznice (2) i zidni odsječak (81) posjeduje površinsko područje koje je veće od 2 cm2 i manje od 25 cm2.
2. Inhalator u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da
je respiracijski indikator (80) konstruiran za pokazivanje razlike tlaka između unutrašnjeg prostora i okolnog područja komore (6).
3. Inhalator u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da
se zidni odsječak (81) barem djelomično može savijati pod djelovanjem disanja, prema unutra, prema van i/ili kroz komoru (6), poželjno pomoću deformacije materijala, ekspandiranja materijala i/ili s više od 1 mm, poželjno više od 2 mm, prvenstveno više od 3 mm, i/ili manje od 20 mm, poželjno manje od 15 mm, te prvenstveno manje od 10 mm.
4. Inhalator u skladu s jednim od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da
je zidni odsječak (81) konstruiran tako, da se barem djelomično može deformirati u obliku svoda ili kupole ili je zakrivljen na neki drugi način, pod djelovanjem disanja, prema unutra, prema van ili kroz komoru (6), poželjno tako da se formira najviša točka ili vrh (83) ili svod, koji je okrenut prema unutrašnjosti prostora komore (6) pod djelovanjem disanja prema van ili kroz komoru (6) i/ili je okrenut suprotno od unutrašnjeg prostora komore (6) pod djelovanjem disanja u komoru (6).
5. Inhalator u skladu s jednim od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da
je zidni odsječak (81) plosnat, fleksibilan, podložan deformaciji, zakrivljen, oblikovan kao kupola i/ili nalik na opnu, dok je prvenstveno zidni odsječak (81) prilagođen tako, da preuzima dva stabilna stanja, dok je u svakom od tih stanja zidni odsječak (81) zakrivljen.
6. Inhalator u skladu s jednim od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je zidni odsječak (81) konstruiran tako, da se preokrene ili da se promijeni iz konkavne zakrivljenosti u konveksnu zakrivljenost ili obrnuto, poželjno pod djelovanjem disanja, prema unutra, prema van ili kroz komoru (6) i/ili putem razlike tlaka koji djeluje na zidni odsječak (81), prvenstveno s više od 0,5 hPa, poželjno s više od 1 hPa, posebice s više od 2 hPa, i/ili manje od 6 hPa, poželjno manje od 5 hPa, prvenstveno s manje od 4 ili 3 hPa.
7. Inhalator u skladu s jednim od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je komora (6) konstruirana tako, da generira donji tlak i/ili gornji tlak u komori (6) pod djelovanjem disanja prema unutra, prema van ili kroz komoru (6), pomoću kojih se zidni odsječak (81) može deformirati i/ili pomicati.
8. Inhalator u skladu s jednim od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da respiracijski indikator (80) ima indikacijski uređaj (84) koji reagira na deformaciju zidnog odsječka (81), prvenstveno putem promjene boje ili intenziteta boje, promjenom refleksivnih ili transmisijskih svojstava u odnosu na vidljivo svjetlo, prolazno pomicanje i/ili akustičnost.
9. Inhalator u skladu s jednim od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je zidni odsječak (81) umetnut ili može biti umetnut u zid komore (82), poželjno pomoću trenja, i/ili tako, da se zidni odsječak (81) spajanjem priljubi, prvenstveno zračno nepropusno ili tlačno nepropusno, sa zidom komore (82), sprejanjem, lijepljenjem, zavarivanjem i/ili klamanjem.
10. Inhalator u skladu s jednim od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da zidni odsječak (81) i zid komore (82) imaju različite materijale i/ili jačine/debljine materijala.
11. Inhalator u skladu s jednim od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da zidni odsječak (81) posjeduje spojno sredstvo za učvršćivanje zidnog odsječka (81) u prolaznom kanalu (88) zida komore (82), a to je poželjno jedan okvir (86) koji ograničava zidni odsječak (81) konturom koja odgovara granici prolaznog kanala zida komore (82).
12. Inhalator u skladu s jednim od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da zidni odsječak (81) opkoljava granicu prolaznog kanala (88) zida komore (82) ili time, da granica prolaznog kanala (88) zida komore (82), opkoljava zidni odsječak (81).
13. Inhalator u skladu s jednim od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je u položaju pri uporabi inhalatora (1), respiracijski indikator (80) smješten prema gore i/ili je smješten na desnoj strani u odnosu na glavni smjer protoka pod djelovanjem disanja iz komore (6) ili disanja kroz komoru (6).
14. Inhalator u skladu s jednim od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da zidni odsječak (81) posjeduje površinsko područje koje je manje od 20 cm2, posebice manje od 15 cm2.
15. Inhalator u skladu s jednim od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da u slučaju kada nema razlike tlaka između unutrašnje i vanjske strane zidnog odsječka (81), zidni odsječak (81) se oblikuje za nastavak na obložnu površinsku liniju ili konturnu liniju zida komore (82), koja granično pripaja zidni odsječak (81) i/ili se poravnava sa zidom komore (82) koji granično pripaja zidni odsječak (81), poželjno tako, da bude uglavnom u istoj ravnini s dijelovima zida komore koji granično pripajaju zidni odsječak.
