Claims (13)

1. Promotor, naznačen time, da ima nukleinsku kiselinu slijeda SEQ ID NO: 02.
2. Nukleinska kiselina, naznačena time, da se sastoji od nukleinske kiseline slijeda SEQ ID NO: 02 i ima snagu promotora od najmanje 80 % humanog CMV-glavnog neposrednog-ranog promotora slijeda SEQ ID NO: 01, kada je operativno povezan s nukleinskom kiselinom slijeda SEQ ID NO: 04.
3. Postupak za proizvodnju polipeptida, naznačen time, da uključuje sljedeće korake: a) transfekcija eukariotske stanice s nukleinskom kiselinom koja sadrži ekspresijsku kazetu koja sadrži prvu nukleinsku kiselinu slijeda SEQ ID NO: 02, operativno povezanu s drugom nukleinskom kiselinom koja kodira polipeptid, b) odabir stanice transfektirane u koraku a), c) uzgoj odabrane stanice iz koraka b), d) preuzimanje polipeptida iz stanice ili uzgojnog medija, čime se vrši proizvodnja polipeptida.
4. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time, da se kod proizvodnje radi o proizvodnji u velikim količinama.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 3 do 4, naznačen time, da je polipeptid laki lanac imunoglobulina ili teški lanac imunoglobulina ili inačica istog ili fragment istog ili fuzija istog.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 3 do 5, naznačen time, da nukleinska kiselina sadrži daljnju ekspresijsku kazetu koja kodira selekcijski marker.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 3 do 6, naznačen time, da navedena eukariotska stanica je stanica sisavca.
8. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time, da je navedena stanica sisavca CHO stanica, BHK stanica, HEK stanica, Sp2/0 stanica ili Per.C6® stanica.
9. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačen time, da je navedena stanica sisavca CHO stanica ili HEK stanica.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 3 do 9, naznačen time, da je navedeni polipeptid imunoglobulin ili fragment imunoglobulina ili konjugat imunoglobulina.
11. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 7 do 10, naznačen time, da je navedeni selekcijski marker dihidrofolatna reduktaza, aminoglikozidna fosfotransferaza ili higromicin-fosfotransferaza.
12. Upotreba promotora koji se sastoji od nukleotidnog slijeda SEQ ID NO: 02, naznačena time, da je za proizvodnju polipeptida.
13. Stanica, naznačena time, da sadrži promotor prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili nukleinsku kiselinu prema patentnom zahtjevu 2.
