Claims (19)

1. Tekuća smola, koja se koristi za izradu sastava za lijepljenje mineralnih vlakana, naznačena time da se bitno sastoji od kondenzata feno-formaldehida (PF) i kondenzata feno-formaldehid-glicina (PFG).
2. Smola prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da sadrži razinu slobodnog formaldehida najviše jednaku 0,5% ukupne težine tekućine, poželjno najviše jednako 0,3%, a poželjnije najviše jednaku 0,1%
3. Smola prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačena time da sadrži razinu slobodnog fenola manju ili jednaku 0,5% ukupne težine tekućine, poželjno manju ili jednaku 0,3% a poželjnije manju ili jednaku 0,1%.
4. Smola prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačena time da ima pH, izmjeren na 20°C, koji varira od 4 do 11, poželjno od 6,5 do 9,0, a poželjnije od 7,5 do 8,3.
5. Smola prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačena time da pokazuje razrjedivost vodom, pri 20°C, veću ili jednaku 2000%
6. Postupak pripreme smole prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time da sadrži korak reakcije fenola i formaldehida u prisutnosti bazičnog katalizatora, u molarnom omjeru formaldehid/fenol većem od 1, radi stvaranja PF kondenzata, a zatim korak unosa glicina u reakcijsku smjesu koji reagira sa slobodnim formaldehidom, slobodnim fenolom i PF kondenzatima u skladu s Mannichovom reakcijom .
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da formaldehid i fenol reagiraju u molarnom omjeru formaldehid/fenol koji varira od 2 do 4, poželjno je manji od 3, a poželjnije varira od 2,50 do 2,65.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time da se reakcija fenola i formaldehida nastavlja sve dok stupanj konverzije fenola ne bude veći ili jednak 93%, poželjno veći ili jednak 95 %, a poželjnije veći ili jednak 97%.
9. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 6 do 8, naznačen time da se reakcija između fenola i formaldehida provodi pri temperaturi koja varira od 60 do 75°C, poželjno oko 70°C.
10. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 6 do 9, naznačen time da se glicin postupno unosi u reakcijski medij, a temperatura u vrijeme dodavanja glicina održava se konstantnom tijekom razdoblja kondenzacije glicina, razrjedivost smole vodom mora ostati najmanje jednaka 1000%.
11. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 6 do 10, naznačen time da se dodavanje glicina vrši u količini od 0,5 do 20% mase ukupne količine glicina po minuti, poželjno 1 do 10%, a poželjnije 2,8 do 4%.
12. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 6 do 11, naznačen time da količina glicina predstavlja 0,1 do 0,5 mola glicina po molu početnog fenola, poželjno 0,2 do 0,3 mola.
13. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 6 do 12, naznačen time da je nakon uvođenja glicina temperatura održavana konstantnom 10 do 180 minuta, poželjno najmanje 30 minuta i poželjnije 60 do 120 minuta.
14. Vodenasti sastav za lijepljenje mineralnih vlakana koji sadrži fenolnu smolu prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 5, najmanje jedan spoj koji sadrži najmanje jednu hidroksi ili aminsku funkcionalnu skupinu i aditive za lijepljenje.
15. Sastav prema zahtjevu 14, naznačen time da navedeni spoj sadrži najmanje 2 funkcionalne skupine hidroksi i/ili amina.
16. Sastav prema zahtjevu 14 ili 15, naznačen time da se navedeni spoj bira između saharida i primarnih ili sekundarnih amina.
17. Sastav prema zahtjevu 16, naznačen time da je navedeni spoj glukoza, urea ili mješavina glukoze i uree
18. Sastav prema jednom od zahtjeva 14 do 17, naznačen time da količina navedenog spoja varira od 1 do 40 masenih dijelova na 100 masenih dijelova smole i navedenog spoja, izračunato na osnovi suhe težine.
19. Izolacijski proizvod, posebice zvučni i/ili toplinski, sadržeći mineralna vlakna slijepljena pomoću sastava za lijepljenje prema jednom od zahtjeva 14 do 18.
