Claims (16)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju metalne trake (2) sa uglavnom paralelnim rubovima trake (20, 21), u kojem se metalna traka (2) izrezuje barem po dijelu rubova (20, 21) metalne trake (2) koji se uklanjaju, i u kojem se metalna traka (2) dodatno oblikuje plastikom tijekom postupka ravnanja,
naznačen time
da se obrada izvodi na beskonačnoj metalnoj traci (2), pri čemu se metalna traka (2) koja je međusobno zavarena kako da bi se formirala beskonačna traka, proteže između barem dva valjka za vođenje (17, 18) za postupak obrade i, posebice, vođena putem barem jednog valjka za vođenje (17, 18) provlači se kroz stroj za ravnanje (7) i pomiče se uz alat za rezanje (10,11).
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da metalna traka (2) prolazi kroz stroj za ravnanje (7) sa nekoliko valjaka za ravnanje (8) raspoređenih jedan iza drugog i oblikovana je plastikom.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da je metalna traka (2) deformirana u obliku luka ili valova, plastično produžena tijekom procesa ravnanja primjenom vlačnog opterećenja u uzdužnom smjeru metalne trake (2) sa unutarnje strane luka.
4. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da se započinje i/ili završava postupkom rezanja.
5. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time da se započinje i/ili završava postupkom ravnanja.
6. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time da se najmanje dva postupka rezanja i jedan postupak ravnanja ili dva postupka ravnanja te jedan postupak rezanja provode naizmjenično.
7. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time da se postupak rezanja i postupak ravnanja izvode upareno.
8. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da je ravnanje izostavljeno u području zavara (19).
9. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time da je vlačno opterećenje koje se prenosi na metalnu traku (2) tijekom ravnanja u rasponu od 100 - 400 N /mm2.
10. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da se neizravnati dio trake (x) ukloni te se metalna traka (2) ponovno zavari kako bi se formirala beskonačna traka.
11. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time da se
a) metalna traka (2) zadržava na strojnom stolu (14)
b) metalna traka (2) parcijalno reže na dužinu rezanja, uzdužnim pomicanjem dvaju alata za rezanje (4, 5), koji su razmaknuti jedan u odnosu na drugog, u odnosu na fiksnu metalnu traku (2),
c) metalna traka (2) otpušta sa strojnog stola (3) i
d) metalna traka (2) pomiče za udaljenost koja najviše odgovara duljini rezanja te se se koraci od a) do d) ponavljaju.
12. Uređaj (101..106) za proizvodnju beskonačne metalne trake (2) sa uglavnom paralelnim rubovima trake (20, 21) prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 11, obuhvaća
- alat za rezanje (10, 11),
- pogon (3..6, 15..18) za stvaranje relativnog pomaka između alata za rezanje (10, 11) i metalne trake (2) u smjeru uzdužne osi metalne trake (2) i
- uređaj (7, 22..25) za plastično oblikovanje metalne trake (2),
naznačen time da je uređaj (101..106) izveden za obradu na metalnoj traci (2) koja zavarena zajedno tvori beskonačnu traku i obuhvaća dva valjka za vođenje (17, 18) za prihvat beskonačne metalne trake (2) od kojih je barem jedan pogonjen, a koji su raspoređeni na suprotnim stranama stroja za ravnanje (7).
13. Uređaj (101..106) prema zahtjevu 12, naznačen time da je uređaj za plastično oblikovanje metalne trake (2) formiran strojem za ravnanje (7) sa nekoliko valjaka za ravnanje (8), kroz koje se može voditi metalna traka (2).
14. Uređaj (101..106) prema jednom od zahtjeva 12 ili 13, naznačen time da je kao alat za rezanje (10,11) predviđen jedan ili više njih iz skupine: glodalica, brusilica, vodenog mlaza, laserskih zraka i/ili pila (10, 11).
15. Uređaj (101..106) prema patentnom zahtjevu 14, naznačen time da je rezač izveden kao rezač kontura i/ili rezač profila.
16. Uređaj (101..106) prema jednom od zahtjeva 12 do 15, naznačen time da su prvi i/ili drugi alat za rezanje (10, 11) izvedeni kao skupina različitih pojedinačnih alata raspoređenih jedan iza drugog u uzdužnom smjeru.
