Claims (15)

1. Izmjenjivač topline sa strugačem (1) koji sadrži vanjski cilindar (20) koji obuhvaća prvu stjenku (21) koja ima glatku kružno-cilindričnu unutarnju stranu (22), i unutarnji cilindar (30) smješten koncentrično unutar njega, koji obuhvaća drugu stjenku (31) koja ima glatku kružno-cilindričnu vanjsku stranu (32), pri čemu obje strane zajedno definiraju uglavnom okomito raspoređeni prostor (2) za proizvod koji će se hladiti i/ili grijati, te nadalje sadrži pogonsku osovinu (40) smještenu u središnjoj liniji (L) koncentričnih stjenki (21, 31), gornju stjenku (50) koja uglavnom zatvara unutarnji cilindar na gornjoj strani (33), veći broj krakova (41) koji su spojeni s osovinom (40), pri čemu su elementi za struganje pričvršćeni na krakove, navedeni elementi za struganje prilagođeni su za struganje preko unutarnje strane (22) i/ili vanjske strane (32) tijekom rotacije osovine (40), pri čemu je druga stjenka (31) konstruirana barem djelomično šuplja i sadrži dovodni priključak (35) i odvodni priključak (36) za dovođenje i odvođenje, odgovarajućeg, rashladnog medija i/ili ogrjevnog medija i prilagođena je za strujanje rashladnog medija i/ili ogrjevnog medija kroz nju, te pri čemu izmjenjivač topline nadalje sadrži prirubnicu (70) prilagođenu s gornjom stranom koja se naslanja na donju stranu (34) unutarnjeg cilindra (30) i uglavnom radi brtvljenja donje strane prostora (2), naznačen time što prirubnica (70) sadrži pričvrsna sredstva (81, 81a) prilagođena za odvojivo potiskivanje gornje strane prirubnice (70) nasuprot donje strane (34) unutarnjeg cilindra (30), i time što gornja stjenka (50) na donjoj strani sadrži dodatna pričvrsna sredstva (82, 82a) koja se protežu unutar unutarnjeg cilindra (30) i kroz prolazne provrte (72) u prirubnici (70), pri čemu su navedena pričvrsna sredstva (82, 82a) prilagođena za odvojivo potiskivanje gornje stjenke (50) nasuprot gornje strane (33) unutarnjeg cilindra (30) i za pričvršćivanje i/ili otpuštanje s donje strane prirubnice (70).
2. Izmjenjivač topline sa strugačem (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što pogonska osovina (40) prolazi kroz gornju stjenku (50) i pri čemu su krakovi (41) pričvršćeni na osovinu (40) iznad gornje stjenke (50).
3. Izmjenjivač topline sa strugačem (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što na strani okrenutoj od prirubnice vanjski cilindar (20) sadrži otvor koji se može zatvoriti kroz koji se može pomicati unutarnji cilindar (30).
4. Izmjenjivač topline sa strugačem (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što nadalje sadrži poklopac (60) koji se može pomaknuti u prvi položaj u kojem uglavnom zatvara gornju stranu prostora (2), i može se pomaknuti u drugi položaj u kojem ostavlja otvorenu gornju stranu izmjenjivača topline (1) tako da se kroz njega može pomicati unutarnji cilindar (30).
5. Izmjenjivač topline sa strugačem (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 4, naznačen time što je navedeni poklopac (60) pomičan u drugi položaj kada su unutarnji i vanjski cilindar (30, 20) pričvršćeni na prirubnicu (70).
6. Izmjenjivač topline sa strugačem (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što su pričvrsna sredstva (81, 81a; 82, 82a) prilagođena za pričvršćivanje i/ili otpuštanje s donje strane prirubnice (70), te poželjno za oblikovanje vijčanog spoja.
7. Izmjenjivač topline sa strugačem (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što prirubnica (70) sadrži prvi niz prolaznih provrta (71, 72) za barem djelomični prolaz pričvrsnih sredstava (81, 81a; 82, 82a) od gornje strane do donje strane prirubnice (70) ili obrnuto.
8. Izmjenjivač topline sa strugačem (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, naznačen time što pričvrsna sredstva (81, 81a; 82, 82a) sadrže krajeve s navojem koji strše iz donje strane (34) unutarnjeg cilindra (30) i ulaze u otvore prvog niza prolaznih provrta (71, 72), pri čemu pričvrsna sredstva nadalje sadrže matice (81a, 82a) za pričvršćivanje vijcima na krajeve s navojem.
9. Izmjenjivač topline sa strugačem (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 7 ili zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što na gornjoj strani prirubnica (70) sadrži površinu za montažu za postavljanje unutarnjeg cilindra (30) na nju, pri čemu se prvi niz prolaznih provrta (71, 72) nalazi u površini za montažu.
10. Izmjenjivač topline sa strugačem (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što dovodni priključak (35) i/ili odvodni priključak (36) strši s donje strane (34) unutarnjeg cilindra (30) i proteže se kroz jedan ili dva dodatna prolazna provrta (71, 72) u prirubnici (70), pri čemu jedan ili dva dodatna prolazna provrta (71, 72) poželjno izbijaju u površini za montažu.
11. Izmjenjivač topline sa strugačem (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je vanjski cilindar (20) odvojivo spojen s prirubnicom (70), poželjno pomoću pričvrsnih sredstava (83, 83a) koja se protežu od donje strane prirubnice (70) kroz drugi niz prolaznih provrta (71, 72) u prirubnici (70) do donje strane vanjskog cilindra (20).
12. Izmjenjivač topline sa strugačem (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što nadalje sadrži motor (90) za pokretanje pogonske osovine (40), pri čemu je motor (90) poželjno postavljen unutar unutarnjeg cilindra (30), poželjno pričvršćen na prirubnicu (70).
13. Postupak za postavljanje na površinu za montažu na gornjoj strani prirubnice (70) unutarnjeg cilindra (30) u izmjenjivač topline sa strugačem (1), navedena prirubnica (70) je prilagođena za barem djelomično zatvaranje izmjenjivača topline (1) na donjoj strani, pri čemu prirubnica (70) sadrži prvi niz prolaznih provrta (71, 72) koji se protežu od površine za montažu na gornjoj strani prirubnice (70) do donje strane prirubnice (70), i pri čemu gornja stjenka (50) na donjoj strani sadrži daljnja pričvrsna sredstva (82, 82a) koja se protežu unutar unutarnjeg cilindra (30) i kroz prolazne provrte (72) u prirubnici (70), pri čemu su navedena pričvrsna sredstva (82, 82a) prilagođena za odvojivo potiskivanje gornje stjenke (50) nasuprot gornje strane (33) unutarnjeg cilindra (30) i za učvršćivanje i/ili otpuštanje s donje strane prirubnice (70), te postupak obuhvaća: postavljanje unutarnjeg cilindra (30) na površinu za montažu, s donje strane prirubnice (70) odvojivo učvršćivanje pričvrsnih sredstava (81, 81a; 82, 8a) koja se barem djelomično protežu kroz prvi niz prolaznih provrta (71, 72) i prilagođena su za potiskivanje donje strane (34) unutarnjeg cilindra (30) nasuprot gornje strane prirubnice (70).
14. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 13, naznačen time što se postupak provodi dok je vanjski cilindar (20) postavljen na prirubnici (70).
15. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 13 ili 14, naznačen time što je unutarnji cilindar postavljen s otvorene gornje strane izmjenjivača topline.
