Claims (17)
1. Metoda za proizvodnju vezanog proizvoda pomoću kalupljenja pod pritiskom i karboniziranja zrnastog, materijala koji se može karbonizirati, naznačena time da zrnasti materijal koji je nanesen na kalup, je doveden u kontakt u navedenom kalupu sa plinom koji sadrži barem 1 vol.% ugljik dioksida i naknadno je kalupljen pod pritiskom u navedenom kalupu pod pritiskom sabijanja od barem 25 Mpa u prisustvu navedenog plina tako da bude karboniziran tokom navedenog koraka kalupljenja pod pritiskom, gdje navedeni zrnasti materijal sadrži šljaku iz procesa proizvodnje metala, šljaku iz proizvodnje fosfora, pepeo sa dna i/ili leteći pepeo, zrnasti materijal poželjno sadrži šljaku čelika, posebno šljaku od nehrđajućeg čelika.
2. Metoda u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time da nakon što je nanesen na navedeni kalup ali prije nego što je kalupljen pod pritiskom u njemu, zrnasti materijal ima poroznost od P vol.% i sadržaj vode od W vol.%, W koji je manji od P, poželjno manji od 0.9 x P, poželjnije manji od 0.8 x P i najpoželjnije manji od 0.7 x P.
3. Metoda u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačena time da je navedenom plinu dozvoljeno da prodre u navedeni zrnasti materijal prije navedenog koraka kalupljenja pod pritiskom, posebno tokom perioda vremena od barem 10, poželjno barem 20 i poželjnije barem 30 sekundi prije nego što je zrnasti materijal podvrgnut navedenom pritisku sabijanja.
4. Metoda u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačena time da tokom navedenog koraka kalupljenja pod pritiskom plinu i/ili tekućini je omogućeno da izađu iz navedenog zrnastog materijala, pri čemu je kalup posebno osiguran sa jednim ili više izlaznih otvora za navedeni plin i/ili tekućinu.
5. Metoda u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačena time da tokom navedenog koraka kalupljenja pod pritiskom voda je izbačena iz navedenog zrnastog materijala.
6. Metoda u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačena time da navedeni pritisak sabijanja je održavan tokom barem 10 sekundi, poželjno tokom barem 20 sekundi i poželjnije tokom barem 30 sekundi, pri čemu se pritisak sabijanja poželjno održava tokom manje od 10 minuta, poželjno tokom manje od 5 minuta i poželjnije tokom manje od 2 minuta.
7. Metoda u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačena time da je navedeni pritisak sabijanja veći od 45 MPa, poželjno veći od 70 MPa, poželjnije veći od 90 Mpa, najpoželjnije veći od 110 MPa i čak poželjnije veći od 120 MPa.
8. Metoda u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačena time da navedeni plin sadrži barem 3 vol.%, poželjno barem 5 vol.% i poželjnije barem 7 vol.% ugljik dioksida.
9. Metoda u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačena time da prije nego što je kalupljen pod pritiskom zrnasti materijal nanesen u navedeni kalup ima sadržaj vode od barem 1 mas.%, poželjno barem 2 mas.% i poželjnije barem 3 mas.%.
10. Metoda u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačena time da navedeni, zrnasti, materijal koji se može karbonizirati ima pH veću od 8.3 i sadrži barem jednu silikatnu fazu zemnoalkalnog metala, materijal koji sadrži poželjno kristalne faze, posebno dikalcijev silikat.
11. Metoda u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačena time da zrnasti materijal koji je nanesen u navedeni kalup sadrži kalcij oksid i/ili kalcij hidroksid, pri čemu je ukupna količina kalcij oksida i kalcij hidroksida poželjno barem 1% suhe mase, poželjno barem 2% suhe mase.
12. Metoda u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačena time da navedeni zrnasti materijal nema ili suštinski nema svojstva hidrauličnog vezivanja.
13. Metoda u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačena time da je zrnasti materijal sabijen i karboniziran tokom navedenog koraka kalupljenja pod pritiskom u tolikoj mjeri da vezani proizvod dobiven ovim korakom kalupljenja pod pritiskom ima čvrstoću na pritisak, izmjerenu u skladu sa belgijskim standardom NBN B 15-220, od barem 3 MPa, poželjno od barem 5 MPa, poželjnije od barem 10 MPa i najpoželjnije od barem 15 MPa.
14. Metoda u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačena time da barem 50 vol.% navedenog zrnastog materijala ima veličinu čestice manju od 2 mm, poželjno manju od 1 mm i poželjnije manju od 0.5 mm i barem 50 vol.% navedenog zrnastog materijala ima veličinu čestice veću od 15 µm, poželjno veću od 20 µm i poželjnije veću od 25 µm.
15. Metoda u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačena time da proizvod kalupljen pod pritiskom je dalje karboniziran njegovim dovođenjem u kontakt sa dodatnim plinom koji sadrži barem 1 vol.% ugljik dioksida.
16. Metoda u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 15, naznačena time da navedeni dodatni plin sadrži barem 3 vol.%, poželjno barem 5 vol.% i poželjnije barem 7 vol.% ugljik dioksida.
17. Metoda u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 15 ili 16, naznačena time da proizvod koji je kalupljen pod pritiskom je dalje karboniziran sa navedenim dodatnim plinom tokom perioda od barem 5 minuta, poželjno tokom perioda od barem 15 minuta i poželjnije tokom perioda od barem 25 minuta.
