Claims (7)
1. Postupak proizvodnje bezolovnog kalcinata namijenjen proizvodnji bezolovnog keramičkog materijala koji ima piezoelektrična svojstva, naznačen time što se sastoji u sljedećim koracima postupka:
A) miješanja i mljevenja sirovina u prvom koraku postupka u vodenom sredstvu za suspendiranje, čiji je sadržaj vode > 80%, kako bi se dobilo suspenziju s izotropnom raspodjelom;
B) fiksiranje izotropne raspodjele u suspenziji smrzavanjem suspenzije;
C) uklanjanja sredstva za suspendiranje sublimiranjem;
D) pretvaranja fiksirane raspodjele u piezoelektričnom keramičkom materijalu kalciniranjem i/ili postupcima s miješanim oksidima kako bi se dobilo kalcinat;
E) uklanjanja kalcinata.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se fiksiranje u koraku B postupka provodi smrzavanjem, a smrzavanje se provodi u tekućem, čvrstom ili plinovitom mediju za smrzavanje.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time što je temperatura medija za smrzavanje ispod tališta suspenzije, po mogućnosti > 10 K ispod tališta.
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2 ili patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time što se medij za smrzavanje bira iz skupine koju čine tekući ili plinoviti dušik, tekući ili plinoviti zrak, tekući ili plinoviti kisik ili drugi tekući ili plinoviti organski ili anorganski mediji.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 2 do 4, naznačen time što se smrzavanje provodi granuliranjem smrzavanjem raspršivanjem, tj. injiciranjem u medij za smrzavanje, čime se proizvodi protogranularni materijal.
6. Postupak proizvodnje bezolovnog keramičkog materijala, naznačen time što nakon postupka proizvodnje bezolovnog kalcinata u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5 slijede sljedeći koraci postupka:
F) proizvodnje mulja iz 40-60% kalcinata, 40-60% vode i < 20% organskih aditiva;
G) proizvodnje praha kojeg se može komprimirati iz mulja postupcima granuliranja;
H) proizvodnje peleta;
I) uklanjanja veziva i sinteriranja peleta;
J) metaliziranja i polariziranja sinteriranog keramičkog materijala;
K) uklanjanja proizvoda.
7. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6 koji ima piezoelektrična svojstva u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je postupak granuliranja u koraku G postupka sušenje raspršivanjem ili granuliranje smrzavanjem raspršivanjem.
