Claims (15)
1. Retencijski aparat (1, 1'), koji je predviđen za primjenu na više zuba i pogodan je za stabilizaciju zuba, koji sadrži barem jedan izduženi luk (3), pri čemu luk (3) ima zakrivljeni oblik u cijelosti, koji prati prirodnu krivinu donje vilice ili gornje vilice i prilagođava se individualno i lokalno na površinsku konturu zuba, koji se nalazi u kontaktu sa retencijskim aparatom (1, 1') u položaju postavljanja, pri čemu je retencijski aparat (1, 1') formiran od dijela koji je u obliku ploče koja ima dvije površine (19) koje su raspoređene paralelno jedna sa drugom na takav način da nakon što retencijski aparat biva izrezan, odmah dobiva svoj finalni oblik, naznačen time da se retencijski aparat (1, 1') sastoji od nikal-titanij legure, i oblikovana površina (13) retencijskog aparata (1, 1') okrenuta je površini zuba (17) sa kojom je retencijski aparat (1, 1') u kontaktu u položaju postavljanja, i gornja strana (2) ili donja strana (11) retencijskog aparata (1, 1') odgovara jednoj od originalnih površina (19) dijela koji je u obliku ploče.
2. Retencijski aparat (1, 1') u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 1, gdje retencijski aparat (1, 1') može biti povezan sa odgovarajućim zubima, sa kojima dolazi u kontakt prenoseći silu u povezanim sekcijama, pomoću vezivnog materijala u nekim sekcijama, pri čemu je poželjno da bude obložen vezivnim materijalom tako da prijanja uz odgovarajući zub, naznačen time da je maksimalna udaljenost između odgovarajuće površine zuba i točke na retencijskom aparatu (1, 1'), koja je uspravna na odgovarajuću površinu zuba i najmanja je udaljenost od maksimalno 0,1 mm od konkretno spomenute površine zuba, mjereno pod pravim kutom u odnosu na odgovarajuću površinu zuba.
3. Retencijski aparat (1, 1') u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time da je retencijski aparat (1, 1') oblikovan lokalno tako da, u položaju postavljanja, se probija barem djelomično u najmanje jedan međuzubni prostor između dva susjedna zuba, tako da je relativno kretanje između retencijskog aparata (1, 1') i zuba, usmjereno u longitudinalnom pravcu retencijskog aparata (1, 1'), blokirano ako je retencijski aparat (1, 1') u kontaktu sa zubima u nevezanom položaju.
4. Retencijski aparat (1, 1') u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da luk ima radijus zakrivljenosti od 1,0 mm ili manje lokalno, poželjno 0,5 mm ili manje, još poželjnije 0,2 mm ili manje.
5. Retencijski aparat (1, 1') u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time da luk (3) ima poprečni presjek u obliku paralelograma, poželjno pravokutnika, sa dužinama ruba poprečnog presjeka u iznosu od maksimalno 0,7 mm, poželjno maksimalno 0,5 mm, još poželjnije maksimalno 0,3 mm.
6. Retencijski aparat (1, 1') u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time da je retencijski aparat napravljen iz jednog dijela.
7. Retencijski aparat (1, 1') u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, pri čemu retencijski aparat (1, 1'), kao što se vidi prilikom pogleda odozgo, može biti uokviren pomoću unutrašnje parabole (7) koja ograđuje i vanjske parabole (8) koja ograđuje, naznačen time da maksimalna udaljenost, mjereno okomito na unutrašnju parabolu (7) koja ograđuje, između unutrašnje parabole (7) koja ograđuje i vanjske parabole (8) koja ograđuje iznosi najmanje 1,0 mm lokalno, poželjno 1,5 mm, još poželjnije 2,0 mm, u području međuzubnog prostora.

9. Retencijski aparat u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time da je jedna strana retencijskog aparata tretirana najmanje djelomično elektropoliranjem ili poliranjem plazmom.
10. Retencijski aparat u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da nikal-titanij legura ima AF temperaturu između 25°C i 35°C, poželjno između 27°C i 33°C, još poželjnije između 29°C i 31°C.
11. Metoda za proizvodnju retencijskog aparata (1, 1') u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 1, koja sadrži sljedeće korake metode:
a) kontura zuba koji se stabiliziraju individualno se stiče;
b) retencijski aparat (1, 1') je isječen od lima koji je formiran od metala,
naznačena je sljedećim koracima metode:
c) dobivena kontura zuba je pretvorena u model, i retencijski aparat (1, 1') je izrađen na osnovu modela;
d) modelirani retencijski aparat (1, 1') isječen je iz lima koji se sastoji od nikal-titanij legure na osnovu modela korištenjem kompjuterski kontrolirane metode, tako da retencijski aparat (1, 1') odmah ima konačni oblik nakon sječenja lima, tako da je isječena strana gotovog retencijskog aparata (1, 1') u svom položaju postavljanja okrenuta prema površini zuba sa kojom je retencijski aparat (1, 1') u kontaktu, a gornja strana ili donja strana retencijskog aparata (1, 1') odgovara jednoj od originalnih strana (19) lima.
12. Metoda u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačen time da je retencijski aparat (1, 1') izrezan iz lima laserskim sječenjem ili pomoću erozije žicom.
13. Metoda u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 11 ili 12, naznačen time da kontura zuba koja bi trebala da se stabilizira je obuhvaćena intraoralno.
14. Metoda u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 11 do 13, naznačen time da lim od kojeg je retencijski aparat izrezan (1, 1') je zakrivljen oko barem jedne osi krivine, tako da su osi krivine usmjerene u ravnini koja je paralelna sa limom u nezakrivljenom položaju lima.
15. Metoda u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 11 do 14, naznačena time da retencijski aparat, nakon što je isječen od lima, je elektropoliran ili poliran plazmom, tako da su rubovi zaobljeni.
