Claims (26)
1. Posuda koja sadrži osnovu i kontinuirani bočni zid koji se proteže značajno okomito na osnovu sa obodom formiranim duž gornje, pri upotrebi, ivice kontinuiranog bočnog zida, pri čemu se osnova i kontinuirani bočni zid u osnovi sastoje od polietilen tereftalata (PET) gdje se sloj ljepila nalazi na gornjoj, pri upotrebi, površini oboda i navedeni sloj ljepila se ne širi na vertikalne, pri upotrebi, površine kontinuiranog bočnog zida i ne širi se na osnovu gdje posuda osim toga sadrži tanki film koji može biti pričvršćen na obod kako bi se stvorio pričvršćeni prostor između osnove, kontinuiranog bočnog zida i tankog filma; i gdje je tanki film višeslojni film koji sadrži sloj za pričvršćivanje i sloj za pričvršćivanje sadrži polipropilen (PP) i/ili PE.
2. Posuda prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu su osnova i kontinuirani bočni zid prozirni.
3. Posuda prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, pri čemu se osnova i kontinuirani bočni zid sastoje u osnovi od recikliranog PET-a.
4. Posuda prema patentnim zahtjevima 1, 2 ili 3, pri čemu, lepak je lepak na bazi polimernog supstrata ili polietilena (PE) ili materijala na bazi PE kopolimera.
5. Posuda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je debljina sloja ljepila od 20 µm do 100 µm, a poželjno 50 µm.
6. Posuda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, koja dalje sadrži najmanje jedno udubljenje za odvajanje, bez prisutnosti ljepila, pored kuta posude.
7. Posuda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, koja dalje sadrži zonu za odvajanje, bez prisutnosti ljepila, koja se djelomično ili potpuno proteže duž unutrašnje periferne strane oboda.
8. Posuda prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, pri čemu je razmak između gornje površine zone za odvajanje i osnove posude manji od razmaka između gornje površine prirubnice i osnove.
9. Posuda prema patentnim zahtjevima 7 ili 8, pri čemu je najmanje jedno udubljenje smješteno u zoni za odvajanje.
10. Posuda prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, pri čemu je tanki film pričvršćen.
11. Posuda prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, pri čemu je atmosfera unutar pričvršćene posude modificirana ili kontrolirana.
12. Posuda prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, pri čemu modifikcirana atmosfera sadrži povećane nivoe kisika ili ugljik dioksida.
13. Posuda prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je debljina sloja zatvaranja od 15 µm do 50 µm, a poželjno 20 µm.
14. Posuda prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 13, pri čemu je debljina tankog filma od 20 µm do 60 µm.
15. Postupak izrade posuda prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, pri čemu postupak sadrži:
a) pružanje posude koja sadrži osnovu i kontinuirani bočni zid koji se proteže čvrsto okomito na osnovu sa obodom formiranim duž gornjeg, pri upotrebi, ivice kontinuiranog bočnog zida, pri čemu se osnova i kontinuirani bočni zid u osnovi sastoje od polietilen tereftalata (PET); i
b) nanošenje sloja ljepila na gornju, pri upotrebi, površinu oboda kako bi se stvorila pričvršćenzatvorena posuda i sloj ljepila se ne širi na vertikalne, pri upotrebi, površine kontinuiranog bočnog zida i ne širi se na osnovu
c) pružanje višeslojnog tankog filma koji sadrži sloj za pričvršćivanje i sloj za pričvršćivanje sadrži polipropilen (PP) i/ili PE.
16. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 15, pri čemu se posuda tretira koronom ili plazmom između koraka a) i b).
17. Postupak prema patentnim zahtjevima 15 ili 16, pri čemu se sloj ljepila nanosi na gornju površinu oboda valjkom, prskanjem, toplim pištoljem ili tehnikom štampanja.
18. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 17, pri čemu je valjak silikonski valjak ili grijani kromirani valjak.
19. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 15 do 18, pri čemu je obod poduprt tokom nanošenja sloja ljepila.
20. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 15 do 19, pri čemu je postupak kontinuirani postupak.
21. Postupak izrade posuda prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 14, pri čemu postupak sadrži:
a) pružanje posude dobivene u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 15 do 20;
b) postavljanje tankog filma na obod posude; i
c) primjenu pritiska na obod kako bi se izvršilo zatvaranje tankog filma na posudu.
22. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 21, pri čemu se pritisak primjenjuje na obod pod tlakom od 206,84 KPa do 1241,06 KPa (30 psi do 180 psi) u periodu od 0,5 sekundi do 5 sekundi, poželjno 758,42 KPa (110 psi) u trajanju 1 sekunda.
23. Postupak prema patentnim zahtjevima 21 ili 22, pri čemu se toplina primjenjuje istovremeno s tlakom.
24. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 23, pri čemu se toplina primjenjuje na obod pri temperaturi od 105°C do 170°C, a poželjno pri temperaturi od 150°C.
25. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 21 do 24, pri čemu se koristi kalup za zatvaranje koji odgovara obliku oboda, za zatvaranje tankog filma na posudu pogodnu za zatvaranje.
26. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 21 do 25, pri čemu je postupak kontinuirani postupak.
