Claims (14)

1. Postupak spajanja konektora (20) na električni kabel (10) koji ima jezgru (14) okruženu žicama vodiča; konektor sadrži: umetak konektora (30, 300, 310, 320, 330) koji ima aksijalni provrt (312, 322, 332) dimenzioniranim za prihvat jezgre (14) kabela (10); tijelo konektora (22) s otvorom na njegovom proksimalnom kraju (26) i uglavnom cilindričnom vanjskom površinom otvorom koji je u vezi sa šupljinom (24) s distalnim dijelom (A) dimenzioniranim za prihvat umetka konektora (30), navedeni distalni dio (A) ima prvu unutarnju površinu s prvim unutarnjim promjerom (d1), navedena šupljina (24) nadalje ima drugi dio (B) proksimalno udaljen od distalnog dijela koji ima drugu unutarnju površinu s drugim unutarnjim promjerom (d2) dimenzioniranim za prihvat žica vodiča, pri čemu je drugi unutarnji promjer (d2) j jednak ili veći od prvog unutarnjeg promjera (d1), navedena šupljina (24) dodatno ima treći dio (C) proksimalno susjedan drugom dijelu (B) koji ima treću unutarnju površinu s trećim unutarnjim promjerom (d3) dimenzioniranim za prihvat žica vodiča, pri čemu je treći unutarnji promjer (d3) veći od drugog unutarnjeg promjera (d2), pri čemu su navedeni drugi (B) i treći (C) dijelovi konfigurirani da budu utisnuti prešanjem na žice vodiča sa omjerima kompresije koji se povećavaju od dijela (C) do dijela (B) dok se unutarnji promjer smanjuje od trećeg unutarnjeg promjera (d3) do drugog unutarnjeg promjera (d2), naznačen time što postupak sadrži: uklanjanje dijela žice vodiča u blizini kraja kabela (10) kako bi se razotkrio odgovarajući dio jezgre kabela (14); umetanje izloženog dijela jezgre kabela (14) u provrt u umetku konektora (30, 300, 310, 320, 330); umetanje kraja kabela (10) u šupljinu tijela konektora (22) tako da se umetak konektora (30, 300, 310, 320, 330) umeće u distalni dio (A) šupljine (24) u tijelu konektora i žice vodiča su umetnute u drugi (B) i treći dio (C) šupljine; stiskanje vanjske površine tijela konektora (22) koja okružuje distalni dio (A) šupljine (24) najmanje prvim omjerom kompresije; stiskanje vanjske površine tijela konektora (22) koja okružuje drugi dio (B) šupljine (24) s drugim omjerom kompresije; stiskanje vanjske površine tijela konektora (22) koja okružuje treći dio (C) šupljine (24) s trećim omjerom kompresije.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 naznačen time što je šupljina (24) stepeničasta između druge i treće unutarnje površine.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 naznačen time što se šupljina (24) sužava između distalnog dijela i otvora.
4. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 naznačen time što je tijelo konektora (22) konfigurirano kao pletenica.
