Claims (10)

1. Postupak za namatanje zvijezdastih polova (18), posebno za statore motora s unutarnjim rotorom, pri čemu zvijezdasti polovi (18) obuhvaćaju čvrste polne segmente (14) i međusobno su spojeni odgovarajućim spojnim područjima (15), pri čemu je jedinica (27) koja sadržava zvijezdaste polove (18) i držač namota (19) prihvaćena pomoću rotirajućeg držača zvijezdastih polova (28), a vreteno za namatanje (26) je usidreno u ravnini sa polnim segmentom (14) ili je smješteno u produžetak polnog segmenta (14), držač namota (19) se pomiče kroz najmanje jedan uređaj za premještanje (30) na vreteno za namatanje (26), držač namota (19) je namotan na vreteno za namatanje (26) i držač namota (19) se ponovno gurne na zvijezdaste polove (18).
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da se za namatanje koristi Flyer tehnologija navijanja (pomoću letača).
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da se za pomicanje držača namota (19) na vreteno za namatanje (26) uređaj za premještanje (30) dovodi u zahvat s područjem držača namota (19) za primanje namota.
4. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time, da se za pomicanje držača namota (19) na zvijezdaste polove (18), uređaj za premještanje (30) dovodi u zahvat sa spojnim rukavcem (31).
5. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, da se pomicanje držača namota (19) u oba smjera pomicanja provodi pomoću istog uređaja za premještanje (30).
6. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time, da nakon što je držač namota (19) gurnut na zvjezdaste polove (18), isti je osiguran spojnicom.
7. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time, da se kontakt jednog kraja žice za namatanje izvodi na električnom priključnom elementu (24) koji je predviđen na nosaču namota (21), a žica se polaže prema gore na položaj namotavanja držača namota (19) na vretenu za namatanje (26), pri čemu se tako oblikovani višak dijela žice za vrijeme pomicanja držača namota (19) na zvjezdastim polovima (18) vodi kroz elemente za vođenje žice u svoj konačni položaj polaganja tako da se postigne dovoljno zategnuto polaganje dijela žice.
8. Uređaj za namotavanje zvijezdastih polova (18), posebno za statore motora s unutarnjim rotorom, osobito prema postupku u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 1 do 7, naznačen time, da se zvijezdasti polovi (18) sastoje od čvrstih polnih segmenata (14) i spojene su međusobno odgovarajućim spojnim područjima (15), pri čemu uređaj ima držač zvijezdastih polova (28) za držanje jedinice (27), koja sadržava zvjezdaste polove (18) i držače namota (19), za rotaciju oko prve osi i ima vreteno za namatanje (26) koje se može spojiti u ravnini sa polnim segmentom (14) ili smjestiti u produžetku polnog segmenta (14), kao i naprava za premještanje (30) koja je pogodna za klizne držače namota (19) od zvjezdastih polova (18) na vreteno za namatanje (26) i od vretena za namatanje (26) na zvjezdaste polove (18).
9. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačen time, da se za pomicanje držača namota (19) na zvjezdaste polove (18), uređaj za premještanje (30) može dovesti u zahvat sa spojnim rukavcem (31).
10. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8 ili 9, naznačen time, da se za pomicanje držača namota (19) na zvjezdaste polove (18) i / ili vreteno za namatanje (26) uređaj za premještanje (30) može dovesti u zahvat sa područjem držača namota (19) koji se treba namotati.
