Claims (13)

1. Postupak za pripravu vodene otopine klorovog dioksida s koncentracijom klorovog dioksida u rasponu od 0.3 do 4.5 masenih %, koji obuhvaća korake: (a) osiguravanje klorita, (b) osiguravanje peroksodisulfata, (c) miješanje klorita i peroksodisulfata u vodenom sustavu i u molarnom odnosu peroksodisulfata prema kloritu [S2O82-] / [ClO2-] većem od 1 uz stvaranje vodene otopine klorovog dioksida, naznačen time što se ne dodaje dodatni pufer za pripravu vodene otopine klorovog dioksida.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je molarni omjer između peroksodisulfata i klorita [S2O82-] / [ClO2-] veći od 2.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što molarni omjer između peroksodisulfata i klorita [S2O82-] / [ClO2-] leži između 1 i 2.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što su klorit i peroksodisulfat u koracima (a) i (b) osigurani u čvrstom obliku ili u obliku vodene otopine, naznačen time što u koraku (c): (c1) obje komponente, ako su obje komponente osigurane u čvrstom obliku, su otopljene u vodi prije miješanja, ili (c2) obje komponente se unose u vodeno otapalo u čvrstom obliku istovremeno ili uzastopno, ili (c3) obje otopine se miješaju, ako su obje komponente osigurane u obliku vodenih otopina, ili (c4) obje komponente su osigurane u vodenoj otopini i unose se istovremeno ili uzastopno u vodeno otapalo, kako bi se pripremila vodena otopina klorovog dioksida.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time što su oba i peroksodisulfat i klorit osigurani u obliku vodenih otopina, kroz koje otopina peroksodisulfata pokazuje pH vrijednost u rasponu od oko 4 do oko 6 i otopina klorita pokazuje pH vrijednost u rasponu od oko 10 do oko 12.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što se miješanje peroksodisulfata i klorita provodi na temperaturi u rasponu od oko 0°C do oko 25°C.
7. Vodena otopina klorovog dioksida, naznačena time što sadrži klorov dioksid u količini u rasponu od više od 0.3 do 4.5 masenih %, te pH otopine leži u rasponu od 2 do 3 i otopina ne sadrži pufer.
8. Upotreba vodene otopine klorovog dioksida prema zahtjevu 7 kao dezinfekcijskog sredstva, kao oksidacijskog sredstva ili sredstva za izbjeljivanje i/ili kao dezodoransa.
9. Upotreba prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što se otopina klorovog dioksida koristi u obliku trenutne dezinfekcije ili u obliku trajne dezinfekcije za uklanjanje biofilmova, legionele, ili drugih klica u cijevima za pitku vodu, sustavima klimatizacije, postrojenjima za obradu vode, kotlovima ili bazenima.
10. Uređaj (1) za pripravu vodene otopine klorovog dioksida prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time što sadrži: (a) najmanje jedan spremnik za pohranjivanje komponente klorita (2), (b) barem jedan spremnik za pohranjivanje komponente peroksodisulfata (3), (c) barem jedan spremnik za miješanje (4), koji je preko dovodne cijevi za komponentu klorita (5), spojen ili može biti spojen na barem jedan spremnik za pohranjivanje komponente klorita (2) i koji je preko dovodne cijevi za komponentu peroksodisulfata (6), spojen na ili može biti spojen na najmanje jedan spremnik za pohranjivanje komponente peroksodisulfata (3), (d) barem jedan spremnik za pohranjivanje za otopinu klorovog dioksida (7), koji je, preko najmanje jednog dovoda za otopinu klorovog dioksida (16), je spojen ili može biti spojen na spremnik za miješanje (4), (e) mjerni uređaj (18), koji je ugrađen na najmanje jedan spremnik za pohranjivanje otopine klorovog dioksida (7), i (f) plutajuće tijelo (20) koje je prilagođeno da pokrije površinu otopine klorovog dioksida u spremniku za pohranjivanje (7).
11. Uređaj (1) za pripravu otopine klorovog dioksida prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time što je prilagođen za uporabu kao malo postrojenje u stanu s jednom ili više obitelji ili kao veliki industrijski sustav.
12. Uređaj (1) za pripravu otopine klorovog dioksida prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time što je prilagođen za uporabu na prijenosni način njegovim postavljanjem u kućište.
13. Uređaj (1) za pripravu otopine klorovog dioksida prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 10 do 12, naznačen time što su dovodni vodovi (5) i (6) opremljeni mjernim uređajima (12) i (13), koji su raspoređeni da reguliraju količinu klorita i peroksodisulfata koji se unose na takav način da se peroksodisulfat i klorit dodaju u posudu za miješanje (4) u omjeru [S2O82-] / [ClO2-] koji je veći od 1.
