Claims (14)

1. Sustav za pročišćavanje kaljužne vode, koji u najmanju ruku ima sljedeća obilježja: A) spremnik kaljužne vode (1), za kaljužnu vodu, B) centrifugu (6), za odvajanje uljne faze (O) i krutinama nalik muljevitu fazu (S2) od kaljužne vode koju treba pročistiti, i C) spremnik za prikupljanje mulja (10), za prikupljanje odvojene uljne faze (O) i muljevite faze (S2), gdje spremnik za prikupljanje mulja (10) djeluje kao taložni spremnik, u kojem se teža vodena muljevita faza prikuplja u donjem dijelu spremnika, a uljna faza pluta na vrhu, naznačen time što D) spremnik za prikupljanje mulja (10) ima liniju recirkuliranja (L12), koja ulazi u liniju (L1) koja se nalazi između spremnika kaljužne vode (1) za kaljužnu vodu i centrifuge (6), gdje se linija recirkuliranja (L12) nalazi na dnu i/ili na stijenci u donjoj trećini spremnika za prikupljanje mulja (10), te gdje je linija recirkuliranja (L12) pogodna i služi za u najmanju ruku djelomično recirkuliranje muljevite faze (S2) iz spremnika za prikupljanje mulja (10) u centrifugu (6) ili u element sustava povezan uzvodno od centrifuge.
2. Sustav u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je jednosmjerni ventil povezan s linijom recirkuliranja (L12) nizvodno od spremnika za prikupljanje mulja (10).
3. Sustav u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je nizvodno od spremnika kaljužne vode jednosmjerni ventil povezan s linijom (L1), u koju ulazi linija recirkuliranja (L12).
4. Sustav u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time što je nizvodno od jednosmjernog ventila, povezanog s linijom (L1), u koju ulazi linija recirkuliranja (L12), i nizvodno od ulaza linije recirkuliranja (L12) u liniju (L1) crpka za kaljužnu vodu (P1) povezana s linijom (L1).
5. Sustav u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što je snaga crpke za kaljužnu vodu (P1) veća od one za crpku za mulj (P2) u liniji recirkuliranja (L12).
6. Sustav u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je linija (L1) u koju ulazi linija recirkuliranja (L12) linija za isisavanje (L1).
7. Sustav u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 6, naznačen time što, prilikom rada, snaga crpke za mulj (P2) u liniji recirkuliranja (L12) iznosi manje od 25%, po mogućnosti 15% manje od snage crpka za kaljužnu vodu (1).
8. Sustav u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što ima uređaj za koncentriranje mulja (11) povezan s linijom (L9), kroz koji se muljevitu fazu (S2) izbačenu iz centrifuge (6) u zamku za krutine (7) dovodi u spremnik mulja (10).
9. Postupak kombinirane obrade kaljužne vode i mulja u sustavu u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se sastoji u sljedećim koracima: a) osiguravanja kaljužne vode u spremniku kaljužne vode (1); b) prebacivanja kaljužne vode iz spremnika kaljužne vode (1) u centrifugu (6); c) pročišćavanja kaljužne vode, uz odvajanje uljne faze (O) i muljevite faze od vodene faze (W), u centrifugi (6), po mogućnosti separatoru; d) prikupljanja muljevite faze (S2) i uljne faze (O) u spremniku za prikupljanje mulja (10), koji djeluje kao taložni spremnik, u kojem se teža vodena muljevita faza prikuplja u donjem dijelu spremnika, a uljna faza pluta na vrhu; i e) u najmanju ruku djelomičnog recirkuliranja muljevite faze (S2) iz spremnika za prikupljanje mulja (10) u centrifugu (6) ili u element sustava povezan uzvodno od centrifuge.
10. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time što sadržaj ulja u kaljužnoj vodi prije njezinog izbistravanja iznosi manje od 25%, volumno.
11. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9 ili 10, naznačen time što se prilikom prebacivanja kaljužne vode prema koraku b) provodi filtriranje i/ili grijanje kaljužne vode.
12. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 9 do 11, naznačen time što se recirkuliranje prema koraku e) prekida dok se provodi pražnjenje krutina iz separatora ili kada se aktivira alarm. Napomena: alarm može značiti: previsoku temperaturu, prijeđenu graničnu vrijednost oscilacija za separator itd.
13. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 9 do 12, naznačen time što se sadržaj krutina u muljevitoj fazi (S2) koju se ispušta iz centrifuge dodatno smanjuje prije uvođenja u spremnik za prikupljanje mulja (10).
14. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 13, naznačen time što se smanjivanje sadržaja krutina provodi uz pomoć tijeska ili u taložnom spremniku (11).
