Claims (22)
1. Dispenzer za distribuciju doze plinovite supstance, supstance u suspenziji u plinu ili u obliku kapljica iz izvora supstance, dispenzer se sastoji od:
tijela (1) za primanje izvora supstance, a tijelo (1) ima usnik (2);
spojnog dijela (41) klizno raspoređenog u tijelu u vidu pomicanja po uzdužnoj osi (214) tijela (1) u svrhu oslobađanja doze supstance iz izvora supstance, spojni dio (41) sadržeći utor (43) za primanje mlaznice izvora supstance;
pokretača distribucije za pomicanje spojnog dijela (41) po uzdužnoj osi (214) tijela (1) u svrhu oslobađanja doze supstance iz izvora supstance, pokretač distribucije sastojeći se od okretne osovine i bregastog koluta raspoređenog na osovini, pokretač distribucije bivajući raspoređen unutar tijela (1) tako da rotacija okretne osovine uzrokuje rotaciju bregastog koluta i primjenjuje silu na spojni dio (41) u svrhu pomicanja spojnog dijela (41) po uzdužnoj osi (214); i
pratitelja brega (16) klizno raspoređenog unutar tijela (1), pratitelj brega (16) sastoji se od baze (17) i znatno rigidnog izbočenja (18a), (18b) koje se proteže od baze (17), izbočenje (18a), (18b) bivajući raspoređeno između pokretača distribucije i spojnog dijela (41) tako da sila koju bregasti kolut pokretača distribucije primjenjuje na izbočenje (18a), (18b) uzrokuje da se pratitelj brega (16) klizno pomakne po uzdužnoj osi (214) tijela (1) i primjenjuje silu na spojni dio (41) kako bi se oslobodila doza supstance iz izvora supstance.
2. Dispenzer sukladno zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da spojni dio (41) leži povrh gornje površine izbočenja (18a), (18b).
3. Dispenzer sukladno zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da se pratitelj brega sastoji od dva znatno rigidna izbočenja (18a), (18b) koja se protežu od baze, i da spojni dio leži povrh gornje površine izbočenja.
4. Dispenzer sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se tijelo (1) sastoji od vodiča (15) za vođenje kliznog kretanja baze pratitelja brega (17) po uzdužnoj osi, vodič (15) bivajući oblikovan da primi bazu (17) pratitelja brega (16) u klizni zahvat.
5. Dispenzer sukladno zahtjevu 4, naznačen time da se vodič (15) sastoji od jedne ili više vodilica (20) raspoređenih i adaptiranih suradnji s jednom ili više vodilica (19a), (19b) na bazi pratitelja brega (17) tako da je pratitelj brega (16) klizan unutar tijela (1).
6. Dispenzer sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se pratitelj brega (16) nadalje sastoji od elastično deformabilne spojke (35) smještene na donji rub baze (17) u svrhu spajanja s odgovarajuće oblikovanom izbočinom (34) u tijelu (1), i naznačeno time da, kada je spojka (35) spojena s izbočinom (34), pratitelj brega (16) je zadržan u uzdužnoj poziciji u tijelu (1) dok sila ne bude primijenjena na pratitelja brega (16) od strane bregastog koluta.
7. Dispenzer sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, koji nadalje sadrži brojač doza za ukazivanje na broj aktivacija dispenzera koji odgovara broju doza distribuiranih iz izvora supstance, ili broja doza koje preostaju u izvoru supstance.
8. Dispenzer sukladno zahtjevu 7, naznačen time da se brojač doza sastoji od:
brojača koji ima oznake, brojač (203) bivajući okretan unutar tijela (1) u inkrementima oko uzdužne osi (214) tijela (1);
pokretača brojača (206) za pokretanje brojača (203), pokretač brojača (206) bivajući sparen sa spojnim dijelom (41) i raspoređen da bude recipročno pokretan unutar tijela (1) po uzdužnoj osi (214) sa spojnim dijelom (41); i
pokretački mehanizam (205) za rotiranje brojača (203), pokretački mehanizam (205) bivajući sparen s pokretačem brojača (206) i konfiguriran da rotira brojač (203) kao odgovor na uzdužno kretanje pokretača brojača (206).
9. Dispenzer sukladno zahtjevu 8, naznačen time da se tijelo (1) sastoji od vodiča pokretača brojača konfiguriranog da vodi pokretača brojača (206) u tijelu (1) u svrhu sprječavanja rotacije pokretača brojača (206) po uzdužnoj osi (214).
10. Dispenzer sukladno zahtjevu 9, naznačen time da se vodič pokretača brojača sastoji od izbočenja (230) koje se proteže od tijela (1), izbočenje (230) bivajući konfigurirano i oblikovano tako da surađuje s odgovarajuće oblikovanim udubljenjem (220) u pokretaču brojača (206).
11. Dispenzer sukladno zahtjevima 8, 9 ili 10, naznačen time da se spojni dio (41) sastoji od jednog ili više utora (450a), (450b) i pokretač brojača (206) se sastoji od jednog ili više izbočenja (222a), (222b) za spajanje sa spojnim dijelom (41) kako bi se sparilo spojni dio (41) i pokretač brojača (206).
12. Dispenzer sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva od 8 do 11, naznačen time da se
brojač sastoji od prvog prstenastog dijela (201) koji ima prve oznake i drugog prstenastog dijela (202), (1510) koji ima druge oznake, svaki od navedenih prvog i drugog prstenastog dijela bivajući okretan u inkrementima oko uzdužne osi (214), jedna ili obje od navedenih prvih i drugih oznaka označavajući broj, i brojač doza se nadalje sastoji od:
mehanizma sparivanja (700) za oslobađajuće sparivanje navedenog prvog prstenastog dijela (201) s navedenim drugim prstenastim dijelom (202), (1510) za omogućavanje navedenim prvim i drugim prstenastim dijelovima da se kooperativno rotiraju kada spareni i za omogućavanje nezavisne rotacije navedenog prvog prstenastog dijela (201) kada nisu spareni.
13. Dispenzer sukladno zahtjevu 12 koji sadrži treći prstenasti dio (1502) koji je koaksijalno raspoređen oko navedene uzdužne osi (214).
14. Dispenzer sukladno zahtjevu 13, naznačen time da se navedeni treći prstenasti dio (1502) sastoji od ograničavajućeg mehanizma (1506) za ograničavanje slobodne rotacije navedenog drugog prstenastog dijela (202), (1510) u odnosu na navedeni treći prstenasti dio (1502) oko navedene zajedničke osi (214).
15. Dispenzer sukladno zahtjevu 14, naznačen time da se navedeni ograničavajući mehanizam (1506) sastoji od elastično deformabilnog dijela za primjenu pritiska na navedeni drugi prstenasti dio (202), (1510).
16. Dispenzer sukladno zahtjevu 14 ili 15, naznačen time da se navedeni drugi prstenasti dio (202), (1510) sastoji od pluraliteta supstancijalno jednako razmaknutih izbočenja (1512) i naznačen time da se navedeni ograničavajući mehanizam (1506) spaja s navedenim izbočinama (1512) za ograničavanje navedene slobodne rotacije navedenog drugog prstenastog dijela (202), (1510).
17. Dispenzer sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva od 13 do 16, naznačen time da se navedeni treći prstenasti dio (1502) sastoji od jednog ili više locirajućih ulegnuća (1508a), (1508b), (1508c) raspoređenih u jednu gornju obodnu površinu za spajanje s odgovarajuće oblikovanim izbočinama u kućištu brojača u svrhu sprječavanja slobodne rotacije navedenog trećeg prstenastog dijela (1502).
18. Dispenzer sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, koji nadalje sadrži izvor supstance.
19. Dispenzer sukladno zahtjevu 18, naznačen time da je izvor supstance inhalator odmjerenih doza pod pritiskom (pMDI).
20. Dispenzer za distribuciju doze plinovite supstance, supstance u suspenziji u plinu ili u obliku kapljica iz izvora supstance, dispenzer se sastoji od:
tijela (1) za primanje izvora supstance, a tijelo (1) ima usnik (2);
spojnog dijela (41) klizno raspoređenog u tijelu za kretanje po uzdužnoj osi (214) tijela (1) za oslobađanje doze supstance iz izvora supstance, spojni dio (41) se sastojeći od utora (43) za primanje mlaznice izvora supstance;
pokretača distribucije za pomicanje spojnog dijela (41) po uzdužnoj osi (214) tijela (1) u svrhu oslobađanja doze supstance iz izvora supstance, pokretač distribucije sastojeći se od okretne osovine i bregastog koluta raspoređenog na osovini, pokretač distribucije bivajući raspoređen unutar tijela (1) tako da rotacija okretne osovine uzrokuje rotaciju bregastog koluta i primjenjuje silu na spojni dio (41) u svrhu pomicanja spojnog dijela (41) po uzdužnoj osi (214);
pratitelja brega (16) klizno raspoređenog unutar tijela (1), pratitelj brega (16) sastojeći se od baze (17) i znatno rigidnog izbočenja (18a), (18b) koje se proteže od baze (17), izbočenje (18a), (18b) bivajući raspoređeno između pokretača distribucije i spojnog dijela (41) tako da sila koju bregasti kolut pokretača distribucije primjenjuje na izbočenje (18a), (18b) uzrokuje da se pratitelj brega (16) klizno pomiče po uzdužnoj osi (214) tijela i primjenjuje silu na spojni dio (41) u svrhu oslobađanja doze supstance iz izvora supstance; i
brojača doza za označavanje broja aktivacija dispenzera koji odgovara broju distribuiranih doza iz izvora supstance, ili broja preostalih doza u izvoru supstance, brojač doza sastojeći se od:
brojača (203) koji ima oznake, brojač bivajući okretan unutar tijela (1) u inkrementima oko uzdužne osi (214) tijela (1);
pokretača brojača (206) za pokretanje brojača (203), pokretač brojača (206) bivajući raspoređen recipročno pokretno unutar tijela (1) po uzdužnoj osi (214) kao odgovor na aktivaciju dispenzera; i
pokretnog mehanizma (205) za rotiranje brojača (203), pokretni mehanizam (205) bivajući sparen s pokretačem brojača (206) i konfiguriran za rotiranje brojača (203) kao odgovor na uzdužno kretanje pokretača brojača (206),
naznačeno time da se tijelo (1) sastoji od vodiča pokretača brojača konfiguriranog za vođenje pokretača brojača (206) u tijelu (1) u svrhu sprječavanja rotacije pokretača brojača (206) po uzdužnoj osi (214).
21. Dispenzer prema zahtjevu 20, naznačen time da spojni dio (41) leži povrh gornje površine izbočenja (18a), (18b).
22. Dispenzer sukladno zahtjevu 20 ili zahtjevu 21, naznačen time da se pratitelj brega sastoji od dva znatno rigidna izbočenja (18a, 18b) koja se protežu od baze, i spojni dio leži povrh gornje površine izbočenja.
