Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE UM CORPO ABSORVENTE E MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO. Um dispositivo para fabricação de um corpo absorvente pelo depósito em uma parte de depósito (21) em fibras absorventes à líquido que se encontram em um primeiro fluxo de gás no interior de um duto (31). O dispositivo compreende: a parte de depósito (21) que se move em um predeterminado caminho, o duto (3) que pulveriza as fibras absorventes à líquido à partir de uma porta spray (de pulverização) (31a) disposta voltada ao caminho de movimento; um tubo de ejeção de matéria em partículas (41), a parte de ponta da qual é inserida no duto (31) e que ejeta um segundo gás, no qual a matéria foi misturada, da porta de ejeção (41a) da parte de ponta; e uma parte móvel restrita (50) que restringe o caminho de fluxo do tubo de ejeção da matéria em partículas (41) e alterando a ejeção e distribuição da matéria em partículas. A parte móvel restrita (50) opera em conjunto com o movimento da parte de depósito (21).
