Claims (11)

1. Katalitički reaktor koji sadrži omotač (1) koji sadrži barem dva sloja krutog katalizatora (2; 11) razdvojena s među zonom koja obuhvaća sabirnu ploču (6) koja djeluje zajednički s kutijom za gašenje (7) smještenom ispod sabirne ploče (6), te reaktor sadrži mlaznicu (5) za injektiranje fluida za gašenje, naznačen time da je mlaznica (5) postavljena u sabirnom području (4) smještenom u među zoni iznad sabirne ploče (6) i na obodu reaktora, te time da se injekcijska mlaznica (5) sastoji od savijene cijevi koja sadrži jedan otvor za ispuštanje u sabirno područje, te je otvor smješten na kraju cijevi, i time da je najveća udaljenost između omotača (1) i injekcijske mlaznice (5) u rasponu od 0 do 40 cm, te time da kraj injekcijske mlaznice (5) sadrži cjevasti dio koji je konfiguriran tako da injektira fluid za gašenje u sabirno područje (4) u uglavnom vodoravnom smjeru i tvori kut u rasponu -10° do +10° u odnosu na smjer koji je tangencijalan na unutrašnju površinu stjenke omotača (1) na razini izlaza cjevastog dijela tako da nastaje rotacijsko strujanje preko sabirne ploče (6).
2. Reaktor prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da mlaznica (5) ispušta na stjenku omotača (1) tako da injektira fluid u smjeru koji tvori kut u rasponu -10° do +10° u odnosu na vodoravni smjer.
3. Reaktor prema zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da je kraj injekcijske mlaznice (5) sastavljen od ravnog cjevastog dijela koji tvori kut (θ) u rasponu - 10° do +10° u odnosu na smjer koji je tangencijalan na stjenku omotača (1) na razini otvora mlaznice.
4. Reaktor prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da ravni cjevasti dio tvori kut u rasponu -10° do +10° u odnosu na vodoravni smjer.
5. Reaktor prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da mlaznica (5) tvori cijev s duljinom u rasponu 5 cm do 50 cm, mjereno u sabirnom području (4).
6. Reaktor prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je mlaznica (5) postavljena na udaljenosti manjoj od 30 cm od omotača i na udaljenosti manjoj od 20 cm od sabirne ploče (6).
7. Reaktor prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da sadrži razdjelnik plate (9) za plin i tekućinu smješten ispod kutije za gašenje (7).
8. Reaktor prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time da sadrži perforiranu ploču (8) smještenu između kutije za gašenje (7) i ploče razdjelnika (9).
9. Postupak za postavljanje reaktora prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time da fluid sadrži barem 70 volumenskih % tekućine koja se injektira putem navedene mlaznice (5).
10. Postupak prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time da se fluid injektira putem navedene mlaznice (5) uz brzinu u rasponu od 1 do 15 m/s.
11. Postupak dobivanja reaktora prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time da se postojeći reaktor obnovljen zamjenom stare mlaznice s injekcijskom mlaznicom (5) čiji kraj sadrži cjevasti dio konfiguriran tako da injektira fluid u sabirno područje u uglavnom vodoravnom smjeru i tvori kut u rasponu -10° do +10° u odnosu na smjer koji je tangencijalan na stjenku omotača na navedenom cjevastom dijelu.
