Claims (11)

1. Keramičko kalupljeno tijelo, to jest crijep, opeka, klinker i/ili fasadna ploča, iz oksidnokeramičkog baznog materijala, kapilarne strukture, s površinskom oblogom za pročišćavanje zraka, naznačeno time, da površinska obloga sadrži peptizirane fotokatalitički aktivne čestice i/ili fotokatalitički aktivne čestice koje su okružene slojem od peptiziranih čestica, kod čega fotokatalitički aktivne čestice imaju specifičnu površinu od 250 do 500 m2/g određenu BET postupkom, i kod čega su peptizirane fotokatalitički aktivne čestice i/ili fotokatalitički aktivne čestice oblikovane kao primarni agregati.
2. Keramičko kalupljeno tijelo prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačeno time, da fotokatalitički aktivne čestice mjerene bez peptiziranja imaju prosječnu veličinu čestica od 2 do 20 nm.
3. Keramičko kalupljeno tijelo prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time, da su fotokatalitički aktivne čestice odabrane iz skupine koja se sastoji od TiO2 u rutil modifikaciji, TiO2 u anatas modifikaciji, ZnO, α-Fe2O3, γ-Al2O3, SrTiO3, SnO2, WO3, Bi2O3 i njihovih smjesa.
4. Keramičko kalupljeno tijelo prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačeno time, da se čestice TiO2 mogu proizvesti postupkom sulfatnog raspadanja.
5. Keramičko kalupljeno tijelo prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time, da su čestice koje nisu fotokatalitički aktivne odabrane iz skupine koja se sastoji od α-Al2O3, SiO2 i njihovih smjesa.
6. Keramičko kalupljeno tijelo prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time, da površinska obloga sadrži čestice TiO2 koje su okružene potpuno ili djelomično zatvorenim slojem od peptiziranih čestica Al2O3 i/ili sadrži peptizirane čestice TiO2.
7. Keramičko kalupljeno tijelo prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, naznačeno time, da je sloj metatitanske kiseline smješten između čestica TiO2 i potpuno ili djelomično zatvorenog sloja od peptiziranih čestica Al2O3 i/ili kod čega je između čestica TiO2 i peptidnog sloja smješten sloj metatitanske kiseline.
8. Postupak za proizvodnju grubokeramičkog kalupljenog tijela, to jest crijepa, opeke, klinkera i/ili fasadne ploče, iz oksidnokeramičkog baznog materijala kapilarne strukture i s površinskom oblogom za pročišćavanje zraka, naznačen time, da postupak sadrži sljedeće stupnjeve: a) priprema disperzije koja sadrži peptizirane fotokatalitički aktivne čestice i/ili fotokatalitički aktivne čestice koje su okružene slojem peptiziranih čestica, kod čega fotokatalitički aktivne čestice imaju specifičnu površinu od 250 do 500 m2/g određenu BET postupkom, i kod čega su peptizirane čestice, one čestice na koje su prikačene dušična kiselina, limunska kiselina i/ili solna kiselina, b) nanošenje disperzije proizvedene u stupnju a) na oksidnokeramički bazni materijal kapilarne strukture, i c) sušenje sloja pripremljenog u stupnju b) da se oblikuje površinska obloga.
9. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, naznačen time, da se peptizirane fotokatalitički aktivne čestice i/ili fotokatalitički aktivne čestice okružene slojem peptiziranih čestica, primjenjuju u stupnju a), kako je određeno u patentnim zahtjevima 1 do 7.
10. Primjena keramičkog kalupljenog tijela prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačena time, da jest za pročišćavanje zraka od otpadnih plinova.
11. Primjena prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, naznačena time, da otpadni plinovi jesu NOx, SOx, formaldehid, acetaldehid, i/ili toluen.
