Claims (11)
1. Sustav za apsorpciju kinetička energije čeonog udara od strane vozila u prigušivač udara ili zaprečni terminal na koji ga treba montirati, gdje prigušivač udara ili zaprečni terminal je od vrste namijenjene upotrebi na postranim i središnjim trakama cesta i ima strukturni element (3) koji se može pomaknuti u uzdužnom smjeru prigušivača udara ili zaprečnog terminala kao posljedica udara, gdje navedeni sustav sadrži:
– udarni element ili ovan (1), načinjenog od rigidnog tijela i koji sadrži jezgru (8), čiji je prednji dio u obliku klina,
– i deformabilnog uzdužnog metalnog profila (2), koji ima jezgra, gdje je visina jezgre deformabilnog profila (2) veća od visine klinastog prednjeg dijela jezgre (8) ovna (1), no manja od visine stražnjeg dijela navedene jezgre (8),
gdje je navedeni ovan (1), prilikom upotrebe, izravno ili posredno povezan s navedenim strukturnim elementom (3), a navedeni deformabilni profil (2) je, prilikom upotrebe, izravno ili posredno osiguran za tlo (4),
tako da se tijekom udara ovan (1) pomiče po deformabilnom profilu (2) koji ostaje uglavnom nepomičan, gdje klinasti prednji dio jezgre (8) ovna (1) funkcionira kao napadna površina (11), čime dolazi do plastičnih deformacija koje se šire po deformabilnom profilu (2),
naznačen time što
– ovan (1) se dodatno sastoji od podložne ploče (10), koja služi kao nosač za navedenu jezgru (8) i koja ima gornje i donje krilo (9) na kraju, gdje navedena gornje i donje krilo (9) ne pokrivaju cijelu duljinu ovna (1), zbog čega ostaju dva otvora (12) u stražnjem dijelu navedenog ovna (1),
– što deformabilni profil (2) je ima otvoreni poprečni presjek u obliku slova "U", "C", "sigma" ili "omega", gdje se navedeni poprečni presjek tako sastoji od jezgre i dva krila,
– te što, tijekom udara, kako se ovan pomiče po deformabilnom profilu (2), gdje navedena napadna površina (11) prisiljava krila deformabilnog profila (2) da se otvore i rašire, gdje se oba krila profila (2) pružaju kroz navedene otvore (12) na stražnjem dijelu ovna (1).
2. Sustav u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je deformabilni profil (2) sa svoje strane načinjen od dva ili više uzastopnih odjeljaka (2') (2''), smještenih uzdužno jedan za drugim, koji mogu, jedan s obzirom na drugi, imati različitu dimenziju jednog ili više dijelova ili strana koje čine njihov poprečni presjek ili imaju različitu debljinu, ili imaju različite dimenzije strana poprečnog presjeka i različitu debljinu.
3. Sustav u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što deformabilni profil (2) ima, duž dijela (2''') ili po cijeloj duljini istog odjeljka, jednu ili više strana, čija duljina progresivno raste dok ne dosegne stalnu vrijednost.
4. Sustav u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je deformabilni metalni profil (2) rigidno učvršćen na vodeći profil (6) smješten uzdužno u sustav, gdje mu je uzdužna os paralelna osi (20) deformabilnog profila (2), gdje je navedeni profil (6) izravno ili posredno osiguran za tlo (4).
5. Sustav u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što su dva ili više deformabilni profila (2) osigurani na isti vodeći profil (6).
6. Sustav u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što je vodeći profil (6) smješten u sustav na takav način da, u slučaju čeonog udara od strane vozila, strukturni element (3) klizi, uzevši vodeći profil (6) kao vodilicu, nosač ili tračnicu tijekom cijelog ili dijela pomicanja ovna (1) po deformabilnom profilu (2).
7. Sustav u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačen time što vodeći profil (6) ima poprečni presjek u obliku slova "H", "U", "C", "omega" ili "sigma", gdje je deformabilni profil (2) pričvršćen za jezgru ili greben vodećeg profila (6) na takav način da i ovan (1) i deformabilni profil (2) ostaju u potpunosti ili djelomično smješteni na vratu vodećeg profila (6).
8. Sustav u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što se sastoji od dva ili više vodećih profila (6) smještenih paralelno.
9. Sustav u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što jedinica koju čini deformabilni profil ili profili (2) i vodeći profil ili profili (6) čine statičnu podlogu sustava, gdje je navedena jedinica osigurana za tlo (4) pogodnim osiguravajućim elementima (15), te što jedinica koju čini ovan ili ovnovi (1) i strukturni element (3) čini dio pokretne strukture sustava, koju se može uzdužno pomaknuti na statičnoj podlozi prilikom primitka čeonog udara od strane vozila.
10. Sustav u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je ovan (1) sa svoje strane strukturni element (3) namijenjen da primi čeoni udar od strane vozila, te su prema tome ovan (1) i strukturni element (3) načinjeni kao jedan element.
11. Sustav u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je ovan (1) načinjen od metalnog materijala.
