Claims (17)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju oligosaharida iz lignocelulozne biomase, koji sadrži barem slijedeće korake:
a) prethodnu obradu biomase u reaktoru za prethodnu obradu kako bi se osigurao efluent koji sadrži prethodno obrađen supstrat;
b) provođenje enzimske hidrolize prethodno obrađenog supstrata sadržanog u efluentu iz koraka a) u reaktoru, u prisutnosti celulaza na način tako da hidrolizat sadrži glukozu, celulaze i dobiva se voda;
c) uklanjanje barem dijela hidrolizata dobivenog u koraku b) koji sadrži tekuću frakciju;
d) uklanjanje sadržaja vode iz navedenog dijela hidrolizata uklonjenog u koraku c) na način tako da tekuća frakcija hidrolizata ima sadržaj vode od manje od 65% težinski vode u odnosu na ukupnu težinu tekuće frakcije hidrolizata;
e) inkubiranje hidrolizata dobivenog u koraku d) kod temperature u rasponu 40°C do 70°C tijekom vremena potrebnog da se dobije efluent obogaćen s oligosaharidima.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se u koraku d), hidrolizat uklonjen u koraku c) koncentrira uparavanjem na temperaturi od manje od 90°C.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 naznačen time da se u koraku d), dodaje glukoza u hidrolizat koji je uklonjen u koraku c).
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se u koraku d), provodi membransko razdvajanje hidrolizata uklonjenog u koraku c) kako bi se odvojio barem dio vode iz tekuće frakcije.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se u koraku d), hidrolizat uklonjen u koraku c) razdvaja u barem prvi dio i drugi dio, te se prvi dio hidrolizata koncentrira kod temperature veće od 90°C i koncentrirani dio hidrolizata se miješa s drugim dijelom hidrolizata.
6. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se odvajanje čvrsto/tekuće efluenta dobivenog u koraku a) provodi kako bi se obnovila tekuća frakcija koja sadrži šećere i kruta frakcija koja sadrži prethodno obrađeni supstrat, te se navedena kruta frakcija šalje u korak b).
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da se hidrolizat obrađuje u koraku d) kao smjesa s tekućom frakcijom.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da se tekuća frakcija miješa s efluentom obogaćenim s oligosaharidima dobivenim u koraku e).
9. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da efluent dobiven u koraku e) sadrži soforozu i/ili gentiobiozu.
10. Postupak za proizvodnju celulaza iz lignocelulozne biomase, naznačen time da obuhvaća postupak za proizvodnju oligosaharida prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 9 i sljedeće dodatne korake:
f) slanje barem dijela hidrolizata obogaćenog s oligosaharidima u reaktor koji sadrži kultivirani medij i mikroorganizme koji su u stanju proizvoditi celulaze; i
g) kultiviranje smjese kako bi se dobio efluent obogaćen s celulazama.
11. Postupak za proizvodnju celulaza prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time da je mikroorganizam korišten u koraku f) iz roda Trichoderma reesei.
12. Postupak za proizvodnju celulaza prema zahtjevu 10 ili zahtjevu 11, naznačen time da se korak g) provodi u poluautomatskom načinu rada.
13. Postupak za proizvodnju celulaza prema jednom od zahtjeva 10 do 12, naznačen time da se odvajanje čvrsto/tekuće efluenta dobivenog u koraku g) provodi na način, da se tekuća frakcija koja sadrži celulaze oporavlja i navedena tekuća frakcija se reciklira u reaktoru iz koraka b).
14. Postupak za proizvodnju alkohola, otapala ili organskih kiselina, samostalnih ili kao mješavine, koji sadrži korake postupka za proizvodnju celulaza prema jednom od zahtjeva 10 do 13 i naznačen time da se dio hidrolizata dobivenog iz koraka b) šalje u fermentacijski reaktor koji sadrži mikroorganizme kako bi se dobila fermentacija koja mora sadržavati alkohole i/ili otapala.
15. Postupak za proizvodnju alkohola, otapala ili organskih kiselina, samostalnih ili kao mješavine, koji sadrži korake postupka za proizvodnju celulaza prema jednom od zahtjeva 10 do 13 i naznačen time da se dio efluenta dobivenog iz koraka a) šalje u jedinicu za istovremenu hidrolizu i fermentaciju.
16. Postupak prema zahtjevu 14 ili zahtjevu 15, naznačen time da se provodi etanolna fermentacija kako bi se kao glavni alkohol proizvelo etanol.
17. Postupak prema zahtjevu 14 ili zahtjevu 15, i naznačen time da se provodi butanolna fermentacija kako bi se proizvelo n-butanol sam ili kao smjesu s acetonom ili izo-propanolom.
