Abstract

L’invention a pour objet un procédé de traitement de biomasse lignocellulosique comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) on conditionne la biomasse lignocellulosique b) on lave lesdites particules; c) on sépare la solution aqueuse des particules de biomasse lavées d) on imprègne ledit substrat lignocellulosique avec une liqueur acide, e) on réalise une séparation solide/liquide du substrat lignocellulosique imprégné f) on prétraite ledit substrat issu de l'étape e) par cuisson, g) on effectue une hydrolyse enzymatique du substrat lignocellulosique prétraité h) on effectue une fermentation :de l'hydrolysat issu de l'étape g) - et on introduit la solution aqueuse de lavage usée dans une étape dudit procédé de traitement de la biomasse qui est postérieure à l’étape f) de prétraitement, et/ou dans une étape de production d’enzymes et/ou dans une étape de production/propagation des micro-organismes nécessaires aux étapes g) ou h).
