Claims (8)

1. Uporaba obložnog sastava za prehrambene proizvode, navedeni sastav je otopina šelaka u alkoholu, navedeni sastav sadrži: - između 1% i 35% po masi šelaka; - između 0% i 50% po masi terpena; - između 15% i 99% po masi u otopini odabranoj od alkohola; i - između 0,1 i 10% po masi baze; za primjenu od između 1 do 10 litara spomenutog sastava po toni prehrambenog proizvoda, preporučeno između 2 i 5 litara.
2. Uporaba prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je otapalo etilni ili propilni alkohol.
3. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, gdje je otapalo etilni alkohol.
4. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva gdje je/su spomenuti terpen(i) odabrani od pinena i limonena.
5. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva gdje je baza odabrana od amonijaka, sode, potaša i amina.
6. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva gdje je baza sadržana između 1 i 5%.
7. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva gdje sastav je sastav šelaka i baze u etilnom alkoholu, opcionalno uz prisutnost limonena.
8. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva za oblaganje voća gdje spomenuti sastav sadrži: - 9% po masi šelaka; - 89% po masi etilnog alkohola; - 2% po masi amonijaka.
