Abstract

本发明公开了一种可除雾霾纸面石膏板的配方,涉及纸面石膏板功能性拓展领域,在纸面石膏板的配方中按重量比添加1‑5‰的硅藻泥、1‑5‰的石灰和1‑5‰的碳酸钙。本发明利用硅藻泥较大的比表面积和特殊结构对雾霾分子进行物理吸附,利用石膏板内部无水石膏III和半水石膏的含量将雾霾内的水分子吸收,利用石灰、碳酸钙等碱性物质与雾霾内含有的酸性成分反应,从而实现对雾霾分子的吸附和去除,有效改善室内的空气质量,石灰的添加增强了石膏板的强度,进一步提升了石膏板的性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸面石膏板功能性拓展领域,具体的说是一种可除雾霾纸面石膏板。
背景技术
雾霾,顾名思义是雾和霾。雾是由大量悬浮在近地面空气中的微小水滴和冰晶组成的气溶胶系统,霾则是空气中的灰尘、硫酸、硝酸等颗粒物组成的气溶胶系统。目前由于大部分采用工业石膏作为生产纸面石膏板的原材料,生产出的石膏板大量的用于室内装修。而雾霾的出现则严重的威胁了人的健康,目前为止没有一种有效的去除雾霾的室内装修材料出现。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的技术问题,本发明提供了一种可除雾霾纸面石膏板,利用各原料的物理性质特点,相互结合,实现对雾霾分子的吸附和去除。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种可除雾霾纸面石膏板,在纸面石膏板中按重量比添加1-5‰的硅藻泥、1-5‰的石灰和1-5‰的碳酸钙。
本发明利用硅藻泥较大的比表面积和特殊结构对雾霾分子进行物理吸附,利用石膏板内部无水石膏III和半水石膏的含量将雾霾内的水分子吸收,利用石灰、碳酸钙等碱性物质与雾霾内含有的酸性成分反应,从而实现对雾霾分子的吸附和去除,有效改善室内的空气质量,石灰的添加增强了石膏板的强度,进一步提升了石膏板的性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述:
本发明提供的可除雾霾纸面石膏板,是在原有纸面石膏板中按重量比添加1-5‰的硅藻泥、1-5‰的石灰和1-5‰的碳酸钙,在进入搅拌机前通过混料绞刀进行固体混匀,然后在搅拌机内通过高速运转的搅拌翅进行混匀,充分保证物料的均匀性。按照比例进行配料,按常规工艺加水搅拌混合,然后进行成型、烘干,制成成品。
实施例1:石膏板配料的石膏粉为30吨,重量比为1-5‰的硅藻土为0.03-0.15吨,重量比为1-5%的石灰为0.03-0.15吨,重量为1-5%的碳酸钙为0.03-0.15吨,按常规工艺加水搅拌混合后制成9.5mm的纸面石膏板,经测定强度有所增强,可有效的去除空气中雾霾的含量。
将制备完成的防雾霾石膏板放置一段时间进行实时测试,得到表中的测试数据,并绘制了防雾霾石膏板吸收雾霾的曲线图如图1所示。
