Claims (9)

1. Fitoekdizoni za uporabu u prevenciji povratka težine u pretilih sisavaca nakon hipokalorijske dijete za mršavljenje.
2. Fitoekdizoni za uporabu sukladno zahtjevu 1, kako bi se stabiliziralo promjer masnih stanica i masnog tkiva nakon hipokalorijske dijete za mršavljenje.
3. Fitoekdizoni za uporabu sukladno zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, kako bi se stabiliziralo osjetljivost na inzulin koja je ranije poboljšana hipokalorijskom dijetom za mršavljenje.
4. Fitoekdizoni za uporabu sukladno jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva , odabrani između 20-hidroksieksidona, makisterona A, 24-epimakisterona A, 24(28)-dehidromakisterona A, 20,26-dihidroksiekdizona, i kombinacija dviju ili više ovih komponenti.
5. Fitoekdizoni za uporabu sukladno jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, pruženi u obliku biljnog ekstrakta.
6. Fitoekdizoni za uporabu sukladno zahtjevu 5, pri čemu ekstrakt sadrži barem 1 % mase fitoekdizona.
7. Fitoekdizoni za uporabu sukladno jednom od zahtjeva 5 do 6, pri čemu biljni ekstrakt dolazi od kvinoje.
8. Fitoekdizoni za uporabu sukladno jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, ugrađeni u spoj koji je moguće uzeti oralno.
9. Postupak priprave ekstrakta kvinoje obogaćenog jednim ili više fitoekdizona, postupak obuhvaća sljedeće korake: - ekstrakciju vode iz sjemenki kvinoje; - odvajanje tekućine/krute tvari i centrifugiranje vodenog ekstrakta; - zagrijavanje supernatanta kako bi se istaložili proteini; - pročišćavanje supernatanta kromatografijom kako bi se obogatio fitoekdizonima.
