Claims (17)
1. Postupak za izradu optičkog modula, koji sačinjavaju slijedeći koraci:
a. pribava podloge (1) koja ima primarnu površinu (5);
b. pribava otvorenog kalupa za lijevanje (6) naznačeno time da je kalupljenje barem jednog optičkog elementa (4, 4') nastalo u kalupu za lijevanje;
c. premazivanje primarne površine (5) sa pojačivačem ljepljenja (2);
d. premazivanje obložene površine (2,5) sa silikonom (3) u otvorenom kalupu za lijevanje tako da se optički element formira od silikona (3);
e. stvrdnjavanje silikona u kalupu za lijevanje.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da silikon (3) ne sadrži pojačivač ljepljenja kao dodanu smjesu.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da silikon (3) sadrži katalizator za poticanje procesa stvrdnjavanja.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da sadrži slijedeći korak: zagrijavanje silikona (3) u kalupu za lijevanje do određene temperature za poticanje i/ili ubrzavanje procesa stvrdnjavanja.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da, prije nego se u kalup za lijevanje stavi silikon (3), on se formira od smjese barem dva silikona.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je silikon (3) visoke čistoće i sadrži manje od 100 ppm stranih čestica.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se pojačivač ljepljenja (2) nanosi na površinu (5) u prosječnom sloju debljine manje od 100nm.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da prije procesa stvrdnjavanja, silikon (3) ima viskoznost manju od 1000 mPa*s.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da stvrdnuti silikon (3) ima tvrdnoću u rasponu od 10 do 90 Shore A.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da optički element (4) koji se sastoji od silikona (3) ima trajnu UV otpornost na zračenje intenziteta većeg od 1 W/cm2 unutar raspona zraka manjeg od 400 nm.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se podloga ima nosač (1a) koji ima barem jednu LED (1b).
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time da podloga ima svjetlopropusni nosač (1) a nosač (1) i optički element (4, 4') zajedno čine optički sustav.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da sadrži slijedeći korak: premazivanje druge površine (9) nakon koraka 3, u kojem premazivanje druge površine (9) također uključuje korake metode a do e.
14. Optički modul, kojeg čini podloga (1) koja ima primarnu površinu (5) i premaz (3) koji je sačinjen od silikona i koji je nanesen na primarnu površinu (5), a optički element (4) je formiran od premaza (3) od silikona pomoću postupka kalupljenja, gdje je premaz sačinjen od pojačivača ljepljenja (2) smješten između primarne površine (5) i premaza od silikona (3), naznačen tima da je silikon (3) visoke čistoće i sadrži manje od 100 ppm stranih čestica.
15. Optički modul prema zahtjevu 14, proizveden prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 13.
16. Rasvjetno tijelo koje sadrži optički modul prema zahtjevu 14 ili 15.
17. Upotreba rasvjetnog tijela prema zahtjevu 16 za sušenje premaza, osobito u postupku printanja.
