Claims (15)
1. Klin (11) ventila za klizni ventil (1) koji sadrži grubo lijevano metalno jezgro (13) klina koje je kapsulirano, tj. obloženo mekom zaptivnom kapsulacijom (50), tj. mekom oblogom, i ima dva vodeća elementa (20) koji se pružaju poprečno u suprotnim smjerovima i prilagođeni su za zahvatanje odgovarajućeg od vodećih žlijebova (12) izvedenih unutar kućišta kliznog ventila, tako da preuzmu aksijalni pritisak koji djeluje na klin (11) ventila tijekom rada, pri čemu svaki od spomenutih vodećih elemenata (20) sadrži rebro (17) koje se pruža postrance sa spomenutog grubo lijevanog jezgra klina i prefabriciranu kliznu papučicu otpornu na habanje i koroziju postavljenu na njemu, a svako rebro (17) sadrži bočno nasuprotne bočne površine (19) i krajnju stranu (21) i svaka papučica sadrži dva nasuprotna bočna zida (22) s unutarnjim površinama (27) i vanjskim površinama prilagođenim za kordinaciju s odgovarajućim kliznim površinama vodećih žlijebova i svaka papučica (23) je čvrsto spojena ili vulkanizirana na odgovarajućem rebru (17) pomoću meke zaptivne kapsulacije (50) koja se nalazi između grubo lijevanog jezgra (13) klina i papučice (23), naznačen time što su vanjske bočne površine rebara obrađene površine (19) i što su nasuprotne unutarnje površine (27) svake klizne papučice (23) bočno kruto nošene pomoću odgovarajućih vanjskih bočnih površina (19) odgovarajućeg od spomenutih rebara (17), tako da svako rebro bočno kruto nosi odgovarajuću od spomenutih kliznih papučica (23).
2. Klin ventila prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu su klizne papučice (23) napravljene od materijala s relativno većim modulom elastičnosti u usporedbi s materijalom meke zaptivne kapsulacije (50).
3. Klin ventila prema zahtjevu 1 i/ili zahtjevu 2, pri čemu klizne papučice (23) imaju u osnovi oblik slova U u poprečnom presjeku i snabdjevene su s donjom stranom na donjem zidu (26) koji se pruža između bočnih zidova (22).
4. Klin ventila prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu klizne papučice (23) imaju oblik korita i snabdjevene su nasuprotnim krajnjim zidovima (25), čije unutarnje površine se pružaju između bočnih zidova (22).
5. Klin ventila prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se nasuprotne unutarnje površine (27) papučica (23) naslanjaju na odgovarajuće bočne vanjske površine jednog od rebara (17).
6. Klin ventila prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je papučica snabdjevena s ograničenim oslabljenim područjem (14), a osobito malim okruglim područjem u donjem zidu (26) papučice, pri čemu je oslabljivanje takvo da se tijekom lijevanja kapsulacije brizganjem kapsulacije oslabljeno područje lomi zbog pritiska pri brizganju, čime se formira ventilacioni otvor.
7. Klin ventila prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je tolerancija dimenzije S između nasuprotnih bočnih površina (19) rebara (17) jezgra (13) manja od +/- 0,4 mm, a prvenstveno je manja od +/- 0,3mm, posebno je manja od +/- 0,2mm.
8. Klin ventila prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu su klizne papučice (23) pričvršćene na jedno od rebara (17) uskočnom vezom.
9. Klin ventila prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu su bočne površine (19) rebara (17) površine koje prska bočno, pri čemu prska u odnosu na susjedne bočne dijelove rebra (17) i pri čemu je formirana rub (18) između prskajuće površine i susjednog dijela.
10. Klin ventila prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu su vanjske površine kliznih papučica (23) zarubljene ili zaobljene između bočnih zidova (22) i donjeg zida (26).
11. Postupak za proizvodnju klina (10) ventila prema zahtjevu 1, koji sadrži slijedeće korake:
A: pripremanje grubo lijevanog jezgra (13) s rebrima (17) koja se pružaju postrance s njegovih nasuprotnih strana, pri čemu svako rebro ima nasuprotne bočne strane i krajnju stranu,
B: podvrgavanje svake nasuprotne površine svakog rebra procesu obrade tako da se poboljša tolerancija razmaka (S) između bočnih površina (19) rebara (17),
C: pripremanje dvije klizne papučice (23) koje u osnovi imaju oblik slova U promatrano u poprečnom presjeku i koje imaju dva nasuprotna bočna zida (22) s odgovarajućim unutarnjim površinama (27) i donji zid (26) s unutarnjom površinom, pri čemu su unutarnje površine (27) bočnih zidova (22) kliznih papučica (23) razmaknute (L) tako da zaptivno zahvataju obrađene površine (19) rebara (17),
D: postavljanje papučice (23) na svako rebro (23) tako da bude bočno kruto spojena s odgovarajućim rebrom,
E: postavljanje kalupa (49) za lijevanja gumene obloge (50) na jezgro (13), pri čemu kalup ima područje unutarnje površine prilagođene da se zaptivno naslone na bočne vanjske površine bočnog zida (22) papučica (23) i time precizno bočno pozicioniraju papučice (23), a time i jezgro (13),
F: injektiranje gume u kalup da bi se na formirala obloga, pri čemu se guma dovodi i u područja između unutarnje površine papučica (23) i vanjske površine rebara (17), čime se klizne papučice (23) čvrsto i kruto spajaju s jezgrom zahvaljujući vulkanizaciji gume, i
G: uklanjanje obloženog klina iz kalupa.
12. Postupak prema zahtjevu 11, pri čemu se vanjske bočne strane (19) rebara (17) obrađuju isjecanjem.
13. Postupak prema zahtjevu 11 i/ili zahtjevu 12, pri čemu se prije koraka D, na unutarnje površine papučica (23) nanosi adhezivni premaz.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 11-13, pri čemu se prije koraka D, na vanjsku površinu jezgra (13) nanosi adhezivni premaz.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 11-14, pri čemu se prije koraka D, krajnje strane (21) rebara (17) obrađuju tako da se dobije unaprijed određena dimenzija X između obrađenih krajnjih strana.
