Programibilna zaštitna oprema za pružni prijelaz u razini pruge s komunikacijskim povezivanjem na vanjsku inteligentnu perifernu opremu, gdje je barem jedan prijelaz u razini pruge (LC) smješten na željezničkim prugama (RL), naznačena time da - navedena programibilna zaštitna oprema za pružni prijelaz u razini pruge (LCSE) sadrži pričuvni programibilni upravljački blok (CB), koji je spojen putem prijenosa pričuvnih podataka (DT) sa daljinskom inteligentnom perifernom opremom (IP), koja je postavljena blizu željezničkih pruga (RL) na mjestu označenom za zaštitu prijelaza u razini pruga (LC), te koja je djelomično ili u potpunosti sigurnosno pokrivena, pri čemu su - pričuvni programibilni upravljački blok (CB), prijenos pričuvnih podataka (DT) i daljinska inteligentna periferna oprema (IP) spojeni na pričuvno napajanje (PS) preko pričuvnih energetskih vodova (PL), te - u danom području pokrivenosti pričuvnog programibilnog upravljačkog bloka (CB) postoje 1, 2 do M daljinski kontroliranih jedinica inteligentne periferne opreme (IP) na jednom mjestu za zaštitu prijelaza u razini pruge (LC), te - 1, 2 do J mjesta označenih za zaštitu jednog prijelaza u razini pruge (LC), gdje je vrijednost M za daljinsku inteligentnu perifernu opremu (IP) na jednom mjestu za prijelaz u razini pruge (LC) i vrijednost J mjesta označenog za zaštitu jednog prijelaza u razini pruge (LC) ovisna o kapacitetu izvedbe pričuvnog programibilnog upravljačkog bloka (CB), te o prijenosnom kapacitetu prijenosa pričuvnih podataka (DT).1.
