Claims (18)
1. Postupak izrade mineralnih vlakana, sadrži pružanje cirkulirajuće komore za sagorijevanje (1)koja sadrži gornji dio (2), donji dio (3) i bazni dio (4), ubrizgavanje primarnog goriva, usitnjavanje mineralnog materijala i plina prvog sagorijevanja u gornjem dijelu (2) cirkulirajuće komore za sagorijevanje (1) i sagorijevanje primarnog goriva topljenjem čestičnog materijala kako bi se formirala mineralna otopina i stvaranjem ispušnih plinova, odvajajući mineralnu otopinu od ispušnih plinova pri čemu ispušni plinovi prolaze kroz izlaz (8) u cirkulirajućoj komori za sagorijevanje (1) i mineralna otopina teče niz zidove donjeg dijela (3) kao tanak film i skuplja se u baznom odjeljku (4) cirkulirajuće komore za sagorijevanje (1), i teče u struji (13) skupljene otopine kroz izlaz (11) u baznom odjeljku (4) do centrifugalnog uređaja za fibrilaciju (12) i formira vlakna, naznačen time što postupak također sadrži ubrizgavanje sekundarnog goriva i sekundarnog plina za sagorijevanje (3) iz cirkulirajuće komore za sagorijevanje (1) kako bi formiralo plamen u donjem odjeljku (3) koji zagrijava otopinu.
2. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu sekundarno gorivo sadrži tekuće ili plinovito gorivo.
3. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 1 ili 2, pri čemu je sekundarno gorivo odabrano iz skupine koja se sastoji od alkohola, propana, metana, prirodnog plina i njihovih mješavina.
4. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 2 ili 3 pri čemu sekundarno gorivo dodatno sadrži ugljen ili ulje, koje čini manje od 50% ukupnog volumena sekundarnog goriva.
5. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 1 pri čemu sekundarno gorivo sadrži kruto gorivo, poželjno ugljen.
6. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 5 pri čemu sekundarno gorivo sadrži do 100% čvrstog goriva, poželjno između 70 i 90% krutog goriva.
7. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu pri čemu je sekundarni plin sagorijevanja čisti kisik.
8. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu pri čemu su sekundarno gorivo i sekundarni plin za sagorijevanje uvedeni kroz barem dva, poželjno barem tri, ulaza plamenika (9) tako da odmah nakon ulaza u cirkulirajuću komoru za sagorijevanje (1), sekundarno gorivo sagorijeva i oblikuje plamen.
9. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 8 pri čemu su ulazi plamenika (9) smješteni u nižoj polovici donjeg dijela (3) cirkulacijske komore za sagorijevanje (1), poželjno kraj donjeg dijela (4).
10. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu pri čemu je dio sekundarnog plina za sagorijevanje i sekundarnog goriva takav da je količina sekundarnog plina za sagorijevanja nedovoljna za omogućavanje sekundarnom gorivu potpunog sagorijevanja.
11. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem zahtjevu 1 do 9 pri čemu je dio sekundarnog goriva i sekundarnog plina za sagorijevanje takav da je količina sekundarnog goriva za sagorijevanja dovoljna za omogućavanje sekundarnom gorivu potpunog sagorijevanja.
12. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu pri čemu je izlaz (11) u baznom odjeljku sifon.
13. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu pri čemu je primarno gorivo čestično karbonatno gorivo, povoljno ugljen.
14. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu pri čemu je primarno gorivo mješavina čestičnog karbonatnog goriva, povoljno ugljena, i jednog ili više plinovitih goriva odabranih iz skupine koja se sastoji od propana, metana i prirodnog plina.
15. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu pri čemu je primarni plin sagorijevanja zrak obogaćen kisikom ili čisti kisik.
16. Uređaj za uporabu u izradi mineralnih vlakana sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, sadrži cirkulirajuću komoru za sagorijevanje (1) sadrži supstancijalno cilindrični gornji dio (2), donji dio (3) i bazni dio (4) pri čemu cirkulirajuća komora za sagorijevanje (1) sadrži ulaze (5,6) u gornjem dijelu za primarno gorivo, čestični mineralni materijal i primarni plin za sagorijevanje, izlaz (8) za ispušne plinove, izlaz (11) u baznom dijelu i centrifugalni fibrilacijski uređaj (12), pri čemu izlaz (11) u baznom dijelu (14) vodi do centrifugalnog fibrilacijskog uređaja (12), pri čemu je uređaj organiziran na način da, kada je sagorijevanje primarnog goriva ubrizganog s čestičnim mineralnim materijalom i primarnim plinom za sagorijevanje kroz ulaz (5,6) upotrijebljeno za otapanje čestočnog mineralnog materijala kako bi se oblikovala mineralna otopina, mineralna otopina teče niz zidove donjeg dijela (3) kao tanak film i skuplja se u baznom dijelu (4) cirkuliranjuće komore za sagorijevanje; naznačen time što uređaj također sadrži ulaze (9,10) u donjem dijelu (3) za sekundarno gorivo i sekundarni plin za sagorijevanje.
17. Uređaj sukladno zahtjevu 16, pri čemu je donji dio (3) cirkulirajuće komore za sagorijevanje (1)

18. Uređaj sukladno zahtjevu 16 ili 17 pri čemu je izlaz (11) u osnovnom dijelu sifon.
