Claims (9)
1. Otvorena peć ili peć sa spremnikom koja sadrži plamenik, koji se s barem jednim dovodom goriva (6), spojenim na cjevovod za gorivo (8), proteže kroz vatrostalni otvor plamenika (4) i otvara u komoru za izgaranje (5) na izlaznom otvoru, te se s barem jednim dovodom za oksidans (7, 7') za primarni oksidans, koji je spojen na cjevovod za oksidans (10, 10'), proteže kroz vatrostalni otvor plamenika (4) i otvara u komoru za izgaranje (5) na izlaznom otvoru,
pri čemu se barem jedan dovod goriva (6) i barem jedan dovod za oksidans (7, 7') za primarni oksidans protežu kroz vatrostalni otvor plamenika (4) međusobno paralelno i otvaraju se u komoru za izgaranje (5) na udaljenosti jedan od drugog,
naznačena time što su osigurana dva ili više dovoda za oksidans (7, 7', 7") za primarni oksidans i raspoređeni su u dvije skupine na udaljenosti jedan od drugog tako da izlazni otvori skupina dovoda za oksidans (7, 7', 7") tvore okomite redove na međusobno razmaknute, između kojih se otvara niz dovoda goriva (6), a dovodni cjevovodi (15, 16, 17) za sekundarni oksidans nalaze se bočno i/ili iznad dovoda goriva (6) i/ili dovoda za oksidans.
2. Peć prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što su izlazni otvori dovoda goriva (6) i dovoda za oksidans (7, 7', 7") raspoređeni u redovima koji se protežu paralelno jedan s drugim.
3. Peć prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačena time što su izlazni otvori paralelnih redova dovoda goriva (6) i dovoda za oksidans (7, 7', 7") raspoređeni pomaknuto jedan u odnosu na drugi.
4. Peć prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što su u svakom slučaju predviđeni jedan do deset dovoda goriva (6) i jedan do deset dovoda za oksidans (7, 7', 7").
5. Peć prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što su dovodi goriva (6) barem djelomično smješteni unutar dovoda za oksidans (7").
6. Peć prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što su dovodi goriva (6) i/ili dovodi za oksidans (7, 7', 7") i/ili dovodni cjevovodi (15, 16, 17) za sekundarni oksidans opremljeni uređajem za hlađenje.
7. Postupak za spaljivanje goriva s oksidansom u otvorenoj peći ili peći sa spremnikom, naznačen time što se gorivo dovodi kroz više dovoda goriva (6) postavljenih paralelno jedan s drugim i primarni oksidans se uvodi kroz veći broj dovoda za oksidans (7, 7', 7") postavljenih paralelno jedan do drugog i do dovoda goriva (6) u komoru za izgaranje (5), čime se dobivaju uglavnom laminarni uvjeti strujanja, na takav način da se nakon zapaljenja u komori za izgaranje (5) odvija sagorijevanje bez plamena
i gorivo i primarni oksidans se unose u međusobnom pod-stehiometrijskom omjeru i sekundarni oksidans se ubrizgava putem kanala za sekundarni oksidans (15, 16, 17), koji su udaljeni od primarnih dovoda za oksidans (7, 7', 7") i dovoda goriva (6), sve dok se ne postignu stehiometrijski uvjeti, čime se postiže postepeno izgaranje.
8. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, naznačen time što se geometrija plamena i/ili glavni smjer plamena mijenjaju varijacijom impulsnih struja sekundarnog oksidansa koji se dovodi kroz kanale za sekundarni oksidans (15, 16, 17).
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 7 i 8, naznačen time što se kao oksidans koristi kisik čistoće od preko 95% volumenski, poželjno preko 99% volumenski.
