Abstract

Um bei außenmischenden Brenngas-Sauerstoff-­ Brennern eine kurze, ausreagierte und heiße Flamme zu erhalten, ist es notwendig, did Stoffaustauschfläche zwi­ schen Brenngas und Sauerstoff möglichst groß zu machen. Um dies zu erreichen, wird die Brenngasdüse aus einer Vielzahl von Rohren (5) kleinen Durchmessers gebildet, während der verbleibende Zwischenraum (7) als Sauerstoff­ düse dient. Vorzugsweise sind die Rohre kleinen Durchmes­ sers parallel angeordnet und berühren sich night. In diesem Fall kann in der Austrittsebene der Rohre kleinen Durchmes­ sers eine Lochplatte (8) mit Bohrungen angeordnet werden, so daß die Rohre unter Ausbildung von konzentrischen Ringspalten (9) in die Bohrungen hineinragen. Die Stoffau­ stauschfläche wird hierdurch nochmals erheblich ver­ größert.
