Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу получения минеральных волокон, включающему в себя создание циркуляционной камеры сгорания (1), которая содержит верхнюю секцию (2), нижнюю секцию (3) и базовую секцию (4), инжектирование первичного топлива, минерального материала в виде частиц и первичного горючего газа в верхнюю секцию циркуляционной камеры сгорания и сгорание первичного топлива, тем самым, расплавляя материал в виде частиц с образованием минерального расплава и генерированием уходящих газов, отделение минерального расплава от уходящих газов, при этом уходящие газы проходят через выход (8) в циркуляционной камере сгорания и минеральный расплав собирается в базовой секции циркуляционной камеры сгорания, инжектирование вторичного топлива, которое включает в себя жидкое или газообразное топливо, и вторичного горючего газа в нижнюю секцию циркуляционной камеры сгорания, с образованием в нижней секции пламени, которое нагревает расплав, и протекание потока собранного расплав через выход (15) в базовой секции в центробежное устройство для получения волокнистой массы, и получение волокон. Настоящее изобретение предусматривает также устройство для использования в способе по настоящему изобретению.
