Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу получения минерального расплава, включающему в себя создание циркуляционной камеры сгорания (1), которая содержит верхнюю зону (2), нижнюю зону (3) и базовую зону (4), инжектирование топлива в виде частиц, минерального материала в виде частиц и первичного горючего газа, который необязательно имеет уровень кислорода по меньшей мере 25 об.%, в верхнюю зону циркуляционной камеры сгорания, так что топливо подвергается пиролизу в верхней зоне с получением углеродной сажи, тем самым расплавляя минеральный материал в виде частиц с образованием минерального расплава и генерированием уходящих газов, инжектирование вторичного горючего газа, который необязательно имеет уровень кислорода по меньшей мере 25 об.%, в нижнюю зону циркуляционной камеры сгорания, так что углеродная сажа сгорает, тем самым завершая сгорание топлива, и отделение минерального расплава от горячих уходящих газов, так что горячие уходящие газы проходят через выход в циркуляционной камере сгорания, и минеральный расплав собирается в базовой зоне.
